CaraSue is amazing! I hired her for my daughters New Years Eve wedding, on fairly short notice. My daughter is a formally trained professional makeup artist, so therefore I was expecting that she might not be the easiest bride to please when it came to her makeup for her wedding day. But, thankfully from the moment we met her, CaraSue and my daughter were always on the exact same page - from her makeup to the style of hair she wanted - CaraSue NAILED it, giving my daughter exactly what she wanted. She listened to every detail and every request, and the results were absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much!!

I required rotator cuff surgery the week before the wedding I was in and it was Thanksgiving weekend. CaraSue, on less than a month's notice agreed to come to my home and do my hair, makeup and help me dress. She was so helpful (without her I couldn't even reach my face or hair and could not have attended!) and extremely competent. I found her fee to be extremely reasonable given I'm out of her normal work area so she had a long drive, and my house is multiple levels and she had to bring all of her equipment up several flights of stairs. She explained all of the products she used and spent a great deal of time with me. She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and secure even though I had never worked with her before. She did a fabulous job: I didn't want to look 'made up' and this has been a problem with using stylists before. I looked perfect and received many compliments at the wedding! What more could one ask.

I made a mistake and told somebody that she was included in getting her hair and makeup done, when she really wasn't. I let Carasue know and she seamlessly made it happen.

I decided to get my makeup professionally done because 1) I knew I might cry, and wanted to avoid teary raccoon eyes 2) I wanted that stuff plastered on there all night long so that I could make it through all the hugs and smiles and still look fab 3) If you are going to have 600 pictures of yourself on that day, which you will have for the rest of your life, I think that your wedding is a good time to splurge on the pros! CaraSue exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did I look good (if I do say so myself!), the makeup really did last all day/night (from 2pm-well after midnight). The false eyelashes are a must - they look awesome in photos! CaraSue is slightly more expensive than some of the other artists that I looked at - but let me tell you, it is worth her experience and professionalism. She was great to work with, was on time, and was very nice. I would highly recommend CaraSue - its your wedding day - I can't think of a better day to treat yourself to some fab makeup! (Also, trust her on her color choices. Initially I thought the purply lip gloss that she choose was kind of strange - she told me to trust her, it would look awesome in photos, and very natural. She was right!)

I highly recommend working with Cara Sue! She is extremely professional, easy to work with, and the quality/expertise of her make-up is wonderful!
For someone who rarely wears make-up, I was completely comfortable with my wedding make-up, as it looked and felt very natural. In addition, my make-up lasted for over 12 hours without rubbing off on anything!
Cara was very easy to get in touch with initially and responded to all of my inquiries immediately. She listened to my wants at our trial session and made notes, which she brought with her the day of the wedding.
She was prompt in arriving the day of the wedding, dressed professionally, and was upbeat and personable.
I feel that the cost for Cara's services is more than fair, especially considering that she will come on-site to your location and brings all of her own equipment and make-up.

CaraSue was wonderful to work with. She did my makeup, my mother-in-law, two of my bridesmaids, and my ten year old daughter for my wedding. My husband loved my makeup and couldn't stop complimenting me on how great I looked. My mother-in-law as well as my bridesmaids were very satisfied with their makeup. CaraSue did a wonderful job with my daughter's makeup making sure that she looked age appropriate. From the time that my makeup was put on at 11:00am it lasted until I took it off later that night. Her price, quality of service, and professionalism was more than exceptional and would reccomend her to anyone. I am very glad I was able to find her.

I work with a photographer & had watched CaraSue do hair & make-up for many other bridal parties. When it was time for this wedding, I never even considered talking to anyone else, I immediately asked her if she was available- without needing a trial. I knew that she would be perfect because she is always so calm, easy-going, & laid back that everyone I had seen her with was perfectly calm & relaxed around her. She seems to read the moods in the room & be able to react in the way that those around her need. Of course, the hair & make-up she does is always beautiful & I wanted to look the same way seeing transformation after transformation through the lense of a camera. I was not disappointed. I was a movie star for a day. :)

I hired CaraSue to do make-up for my daughter and her bridal party. She did the bridesmaids hair, and did make-up for the wedding party + the mom's. CaraSue was easy to work with, and did an amazing job. Every one looked wonderful! Her hair styling was great, and the make-up was flawless. I would recommend her to any bride who wants to look their best on this most special day.

CaraSue was very prompt and flexible when adding members for hair and makeup. My only complaint was that when applying eyelashes took a little bit longer than planned, CaraSue seemed agitated on the time crunch and, I felt, was short with a few members of my wedding party. Also, this agitation seemed multiplied when my updo didn't seem to go up as planned. I would recommend this vendor to other brides, but to make sure there is plenty of time as to not be rushed.

On one of the biggest days I will forever remember (my wedding day), I chose CaraSue Hall to bring out my inner beauty...a decision I will Never regret! I can't even tell you how many compliments my Mother and I received on our hair and makeup. Even better, it lasted the entire day!
When I first booked CaraSue, I couldn't believe how professional and responsive she was to my every whim. And it wasn't like this just in the beginning...she was in close contact throughout the entire process.
You won't go wrong booking with CaraSue Hall. She was such a sweetheart and is extremely fabulous at what she does!!
