The cake was to DIE for! It was by far the best wedding cake we have ever had and we've been to a lot of weddings recently.
We originally met them at our food tasting in February and the cake was so amazing we decided we had to meet with them one on one for a tasting. We met with Jennifer who was very helpful when discussing the size needed versus the amount of guests we had. She even helped us design the cake we envisioned and it looked beautiful on the day of!!!! During our final meeting she suggested we do a smaller cake based on our final number and we are so glad we did! We had a left overs but would have had so much more had she not said something. We had a three tiered cake with 3 flavors since they were all so delicious and we couldn't decide. We also ordered pastires for our guests who may not like or want cake and those were just as wonderful! The cake and pastries were a huge hit and the best part is that instead of taking home the top tier they will give us a free cake on our one year anniversary...belive me we look forward to that! Hands down our new favorite cake place!

Cakes for Occasions were incredible and very reasonably priced compared to other bakeries in the area. We had a cupcake tier with chocolate, carrot and spice cake and they were delicious and beautiful!

I thought we were going to spend a fortune on our cake but Cakes for Occasions prices were so great and our cake was delicious and beautiful!!! I would highly recommend them to anybody!

An excellent experience overall. From the tasting through the final delivery I have nothing but good things to say about Cakes for Occasions. I particularly love that they give you a fresh cake to have on your 1st year anniversary and you are not stuck with your frozen cake top. Our guests raved about the quality and taste and there were on a few pieces left. I also love the cupcake idea for our 1 month anniversary.

Loved my cake and it was my favorite part of the planning process! My reception was at Tavern on the Harbor and the cake was included with the catering package, but there was no lack of effort put into making my cake exactly how I envisoned. I met with Jen for a tasting and upgraded at a very reasonable cost some of the flavors..I told her I wanted something simple but wanted to incorporate fresh flowers and my peacock themed..she worked with the florist (Audrey's) and produced such a beatiful cake. You can't go wrong with this place.

There is a reason why this bakery is award winning! I received my cake as part of a package with Tavern on the Harbor, my reception venue. I was able to embellish the cake very slightly, but they did do some scrollwork to match my invites, and I paid a tiny bit extra to get little silver bead accents. The cake was so good, people could hardly believe it! Two weeks later, people are still asking me if I have any leftover cake and if they can have it!
On top of that, they offered me free one month anniversary cupcakes, and I will automatically be sent a small cake on your 1 year anniversary! I don't have to freeze anything!
The cake was beautiful and delicious. I am a sweet-freak and very very picky about my cakes and desserts...I LOVED MY CAKE!!!

I would recommend Cakes 4 Occasions to anyone looking for a delicious, beautifully decorated wedding cake. My wedding was last month, and I keep receiving compliments on how gorgeous and tasty it was. The consultation was very imformative. We were not rushed in any way, and urged to sample several different kinds of cakes to be sure we were satisfied. We ended up adding fresh strawberries to each layer, which was perfect. It was a very hot evening, and the cake was light and satisfying. I can't wait to go back on our one-year anniversary for our complimentary cake!

We had a beautiful and delicious wedding cake from Cakes for Occassions. Everyone commented on how beautifully and elegantly the cake was decorated, and people are still talking about how wonderful, flavorful, and moist the cake was! I recommend Cakes for Occassions to anyone and everyone...they were so easy to work with, and professional and timely in all correspondence and-most importantly-delivery! Such a wonderful bakery!

Our wedding cake tasted so good. We had three tiers that were all different kinds (lemon cake with raspberry preserves, chocolate cake with mocha filling, and carrot cake). Having a dessert buffet gave our guests a choice of and many people went back for seconds (our cake was gone at the end of the night). During the planning process, we went to a cake tasting and Cakes for Occasions was very helpful.

As a bride with a SEVERE nut allergy, I initially assumed I wouldn't be able to have a wedding cake (so sad, because I LOVE cake!!). Then I found Cakes for Occasions, the most amazing nut free bakery in the world!! We chose the raspberry key lime, and it was the most delicious cake I ever had! My guests were still raving about our delicious cake two weeks after the wedding (seriously, I got emails about it!). I wuld definitely recommend Cakes for Occasions to anyone, they were so nice and easy to work with - if they weren't so expensive I'd probably be 20 lbs heavier from buying a cake there every week!

I am so happy we went with "Cakes for Occasions" for our wedding cake. It was exactly what I imagined it would be. Simple but elegant at the same time. I received so many compliments about how beautiful and delicious it was!! Not only was the cake itself fantastic, but the service was superb. Everyone at the store was easy to work with and very professional. I've already recommended Cakes for Occasions to my family and friends. They make beautiful birthday cakes also!
