Our cake was gorgeous and exactly what I asked for! I did have a few comments that one of the layers was a little dry but still tasted very good. We decided to cut our anniversary cake because we were having company over the next day and Cakes by Stephanie is baking us an anniversary cake on our one year anniversary. The anniversary cake was a little dry but still tasted very good. The other part of a layer we had left was extremely moist and was the best cake I had ever eaten. I would HIGHLY recommend Cakes By Stephanie. Great people to work with and beautiful cake!

Our cake was the second thing we booked, it was that important to me. We looked and tasted and stumbled on Stephanie at a bridal show......stroke of luck! First of all, the cakes are DELICIOUS. And, if you can dare believe it, beautiful! Now, here's the kicker....so affordable! I cannot tell you how many people talked about our cake for weeks after. Can't wait for our anniversary cake....not kidding......can't wait a year....we will have to go Monroe for a birthday cake or two.

Our cake tasted great, but I was disappointed with the appearance of it - the picture I gave Stephanie's had a smooth look and a gradient affect, and the cake I got was textured and jumped from one color to another with little to no gradient. Still looked cute, but not what I'd expected. I think this is due to the fact that they prefer to use buttercream - if the photo of your dream cake is buteercream, they're great! But if it requires fondant, make it crystal clear that's what you want them to use, and get it in writing!

Words can't describe how amazing, beautiful and delicious my wedding cake was. Stephanie is a true artist, who can bake!! Every person at my reception raved about how incredible my cake was. She uses the freshest ingredients!! I had five layers (with four different flavors) and a layer of coconut creme cupcakes. If you're looking for the BEST......look no further!!

Not only did I get the chance to taste one flavor of the cake at our wedding but I was able to taste three of the five different flavors. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Just like the taste test. The cake looked beautiful and our cake centerpieces looked perfect. We still have guest talking about how yummy our cake was. Some people have mentioned they also had the chance to taste other flavors and all of them were great. I can't wait to use Cakes by Stephanie for another event. Thank you Tommy and Stephanie you two are truly great at what you do!

Amazing cake! The flavors that we chose were the strawberry swirl with fresh strawberries and the marble. Both tasted terrific! The look of our cake was just what we wanted. We went to several places for cake tasting, and Cakes by Stephanie was by far our favorite!

I absolutely loved my wedding cake! Everyone was telling me how good it was and they liked the cupcake idea. I also liked the fact that at the last minute they added a cake for us to cut so that we didnt have to cut a cupcake or our anniversary cake. The cupcakes were so moist and delicious, I will definately go here again!

Our wedding cake was amazing! It tasted great and color's matched perfectly with the wedding decorations. I gave them a picture of a cake I found online, and they matched it perfectly! I would highly recommend this company for any special event you make have!

My husband and I recently got married and cakes by stephanie was amazing! They did exactly what I dreamed of my cake looking like. Everyone at the reception raved about how delicious the cake was and I would have to agree my husband and I ate it for a week straight! DELISH

They were part of the package at crystal gardens. The samples were fabulous and it was just as good on my wedding day. Moist, yummy and delicious :) They have sooooo many choices. Try them! you won't regret it.

I was so trilled with my wedding cake from stephanie. My cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. They allow you to choose a different flavor for each tier which was awesome because I had 6 tiers which meant 6 different flavors. They use fresh fruit in some of their cakes and I would recommend those. Most wedding cakes taste like it was made days before. Not this one. It tasted like a cake from a very expensive fancy bakery. I had people raving about the cake throughout the whole reception. I have many friends that are getting married this upcoming summer and I have recommended this bakery to each and every one. The price is amazing also. For my cake I got at another bakery would have cost me $2000+. Not here I paid only $800!!!!

Cakes by Stephanie has the most amazing cake/desserts I have tasted! They are by far the best bakers I have had. We had 3 flavors that were all tasty but the Hoho cake is the best by far! The design of our cake was beautiful and matched what we wanted perfectly!
