Jula worked with my recipes, and some extreme food allergies (can't have Dairy, Eggs, yeast, honey, or nutmeg) to meet my unusual requests! I wanted cakes that fit with our themes rather than traditional. We also chose non-traditional flavors: carrot cake designed into 2interlaced rings for Brides & chocolate Italian Cream designed into a "Bucket of Fish"for Grooms. Jula made these herself and they were phenomenal! Recieved many compliments and best part was I didn't have to worry with allergies on our special day!!!!

All I had to do was show Jula one picture I found on the Internet of how I wanted my wedding cake to look. No questions asked she delivered and both my wedding cake and the grooms cake were exactly what we wanted.

I loved loved loved my wedding cake!! I ordered pink champagne. Jula is AMAZING she can really capture your vision for the cake. I also had a grooms cake in a flavor that she did not normally offer but it was chocolate with a peanut butter filling OMG>>> this cake went so FAST my guests we in love! It was also very cute the design she did. She is amazing and I want her to do my sons first birthday cake next!

We used Cakes by Jula through our wedding venue (Centurion Palace) and she did an amazing job! The bride's cake was beautiful and exactly what we asked for. The groom's cake was quite a difficult request on our end because of it's complexity, but she made it absolutely perfect!

Awesome cake. Jula created a two sided cake with two themes for us. This was after I changed my mind from the first meeting. Not only was it beautiful and just what we wanted, it was very tasty!

My wedding cake was DELICIOUS and breath-taking. Jula recreated my dream cake effortlessly. She was incredibly helpful and fun....I don't even like cake and I couldn't stop eating it! I highly recommend almond cake with raspberry filling!!!

We ended up getting married on 9/29/2012, instead of our original 2011 date. OMG all I can say is that I was blown away by Jula's cakes. They were beautiful and tasted so good, there are absolutely no words to describe it (but I'll try). My fiance and I walked into her shop and bought a cupcake of every flavor she had in the case (we don't need a sit-down tasting, but Jula certainly offered one). We knew right away that the Italian Cream cake and the Carrot cake would be part of our wedding. We had a difficult time; the red velvet was some of the best I've tasted, and who doesn't love a moist white cake. But back to our wedding and groom's cakes: Let me tell you, they were decorated to perfection. My husband's cake was a retro/1940s Indy 500 race car cake (a tall order by any stretch of the imagination), but Jula and her staff did such a wonderful job with the cake, I could not believe what I saw. I was so delighted. The wedding cake was a beautiful, tiered, "white on white" theme, just as I had ordered; it was breathtaking. Her prices are reasonable and she is so very down to earth. You'll love your experience with her. I know that I'll be back again and again. She is well known and well respected in the area, and having her as my cake vendor was a dream come true for me. You don't need to worry one bit; she's a real pro.

Love love love Jula. My main wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. It was exactly what I asked for. The grooms cake blew us out of the water. It was fabulous, way better than I expected, they made a bucket full of ice with freshly caught redfish on top (of course all cake). Some of many guests didn't even know it was a cake. Them we also had cakeballs as pour fact which were just as delicious as the other two cakes. I will always go back here for any occasion.

We were so pleased with the cakes Jula made for us! We chose three different flavors for our tiered cake because they were all so good and we couldn't decide on just one! Everybody loved the cakes! I didn't get to eat any cake during the reception but we took some home with us and couldn't stop eating it the following day! Jula was also extremely helpful with the designing of the cake and did an amazing job executing our vision. Our groom's cake had melted a bit because of the humidity but Jula came back and fixed it for us right before the wedding.

Jula is a creative baker and a great designer that captures all teh details needed to make a delicious cake from the inside and a phenomenal design from the outside.
Our bridal cake had lots fo details that needed tbo be captured and Jula did a fantastic job in doing so. Also the grooms cake as hard to make due to the details in a Pharoh's face but she worked it well and offered a replica of the closest image to the Pharoh.
We had the pink champagne , white chocolate with Rasberry filling and red velvet with cream cheese filling.
All in all, Jula did her best in bringing her creative side to our wedding cakes and we truly appreciate it!

Cakes by Jula did an beautiful job on my wedding cake made it just how I imagined it. The grooms cake looked awesome, my husband is a firefighter and they created a cake with flames, a Maltese Cross, and his department patch. Both the cakes tasted amazing.

Cakes by Jula has wonderful cakes. When we went in for our tasting she she had tons of pictures to help give us an idea of what we wanted. She helped me design a grooms cake that would fit my husband perfectly.

The most delicious cakes we have ever had! They did a fantastic job on both our cakes. Ours were different and they were open to what we wanted!
