I had a contract for a groom's cake to be delivered Saturday night and a 3-tier+ dome cake to be delivered Sunday PLUS an additional round cake for a bridesmaid's birthday (the same day as my wedding) also to be delivered Sunday.

The groom's cake was not delivered. At all. No call or anything.

The wedding cake was 2 tiers + not-even-a-real-dome. There was no birthday cake for my bridesmaid. There were several promises of refunds but no check ever came in the mail, so to speak.

This was (thankfully) the greatest disappointment of an otherwise spectacular day. Just don't use Cakes Delicioso. They are unprofessional and unreliable and aren't worth your trouble.

I almost had NO cake on my wedding day thanks to Cake Delicioso. I spoke with them 3 weeks before my wedding to work out final details on the cake. They sent an invoice by email stating that the final amount was due on the day of my wedding. I tried to pay in advance online but the paypal account wasn't working. I sent them an email letting them know I would leave a check for the balance on the cake table and to please contact me if that was a problem. I never heard anything back so I assumed it was ok. The day before my wedding I checked my email to determine my balance so I could leave a check on the cake table only to find an email saying they weren't making my cake. I couldn't believe they sent me an Email less than 24 hours before my wedding stating my contract was voided because they hadn't received payment. No phone call or anything!!! And I had even asked if it was ok to leave a check on the table. They never called or emailed to tell me that wasn't ok. My bridesmaids then tried to contact the company repeatedly to find out what was going on. When we finally go a hold of them they had no explanation. In the meantime we had to find another baker to make the cake last minute and paid out the nose for that cake. Cake Delicioso refused to refund my deposit and never offered any kind of explaination.

All this to say, you pay for what you get. Or in my case, I paid to be stressed the day before my wedding, almost not have a cake, and to argue with Cake Delicioso for months and never receive my deposit back.

Staff are so friendly and were completely flexible when we asked for a unique cake topper. Amazing value. Cake was delicious. I extra-especially endorse the vanilla with vanilla mouse-- the favorite flavor of many guests!

I was very disappointed with my wedding cake that I received. When contacting Cheyenne to inform her of this she stated that the colors that I wanted looked like Ketchup and Mustard and she did not feel that they would be able to use it in their portfolio. So, she made the decision to leave out the color red on her own. My concerns are this, I did not hire Cake Delicioso to make a cake for their portfolio but instead make a cake for my wedding.I am requesting that I get back some of my money because I was a very upset bride the day of my wedding. The other let down was the grooms cake which was horrible. I wanted a New York Yankees Jersey and did not get that. Everyone know that The Yankees colors are Navy Blue and White, so I am not understanding how the colors on the cake was Royal blue. Then on top of that my husband last name was not centered on the cake. It seems like they did not know how long the last name was and ran out of space. The price is very good, however the wedding cakes you recieve may not be the best, or up to their portfolio standards. So if you are a bride that would like a funky cake, please stay away because she may not do it because the colors just do not work with their portfolio. Or she may make the decision without your knowledge to not add the colors that you requested.

I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND SHOULD GET WHAT I REQUESTED. MY CAKE WAS WHAT WOULD LOOK BEST IN THERE PORTFOLIO. IT IS KIND OF IRONIC THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE A PICTURE WITH THE DENT IN THE SIDE OF IT. I HAVE ONE OF THOSE. OR HOW CHEYENNE IS NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL RIGHT NOW BY IGNORING MY EMAILS. . I REQUESTED A RED AND YELLOW CAKE NOT A YELLOW CAKE WITH RED ROSE PETALS AT THE BOTTOM. The rose petals came out of my daughter flower girl basket. I DID RECDEIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THAT AWFUL GROOMS CAKE THAT WAS PLACED ON THE BOTTOM SELF IN THE KITCHEN UNDER THE SINK. Please look at my profile picture and you will see the work. It was not destroyed by the catering kitchen it was just made badly.

Cake Delicioso offers a great deal as they charge by the tier instead of by the slice which is great for a bride on a budget. I would suggest, however, going over in detail exactly what it is you want to ensure you receive the wedding cake of your dreams. We ran into creative differences on the outcome of our wedding cake but they were able to rectify the problem and still remained professional throughout the process.

They were very professional and the cake was delicious. I liked that they delivered it as well, it was one less thing to stress about on my wedding day!

The cake was yummy and looked great!!! It's definitely an excellent value- and I shopped around a lot! Only negative was it getting delivered late because they could not find the venue...

I first found Cake Delicioso on Craigslist over a year in advance, but met with Cheyenne & her colleague for a $25.00 tasting a few months before our wedding (while I understand needing to cover costs, in my opinion potential clients shouldn't have to pay for a tasting... most vendors we contacted offered free consultations). Good thing we REALLY liked Cake Delicioso because that fee was applied towards our cake when we booked with them! She was very easy to work with. She drew a sketch based on the details my fiance & I described to her, and the cake was EVERYTHING we wanted!!! White Cake with Raspberry mousse & jam- delish!, Chocolate Cake with Peppermint mousse- didn't get to try that one :(, and Strawberry Cake (with real strawberries in it) with Strawberry mousse (with more real strawberries)- very moist & fresh!! Our favorite. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAKE DELICIOSO!!!!

My husband and I were very specific about the design of our cake and wanting it to taste great as well as be a focal point for our guests. Cake Delicioso was excited to make our unique cake design. We were able to meet to try different flavor options we were interested in. All of the flavors were wonderful, but we narrowed it down to 3. The day of the wedding, our cake was onsite and set up, just as discussed. It looked great, and our guests loved it. We are happy to pass on Cake Delicioso to our friends and family as a wonderful vendor to work with!

Cheyanne was great and her cake tasting was awesome. The cake was beautiful but the colors and favors were mixed up. We also did not get our grooms cake due to a miscommunication with one of her students, but she did offer us a free cake whenever we wanted because of this.

We had our wedding cake (3 tiers) and groom's cake done by Cake Delicioso. They were spot on with flavor. We will tell all our friend's how good they were.
