The absolute worst experience ever. I paid top dollar for their so called top of the line 20 passenger hummer limo. Well it had no Air conditioning! And it was 95 degrees outside! The carpet was torn and the radio didn't work right and kept skipping when the limo was stopped. The driver felt so embarrassed but couldn't do anything about it. Don't even consider BVIP for anything! I called to speak to the owner and surprise surprise ...he was "unavailable" and was instructed that he will get back to me. Never heard from them again. I will take this as a learning experience. Learn from my mistake and stay clear of BVIP

BVIP is the only place that I will go to for party buses and limos! I used their services for my birthday one year and loved them. So, we had them for our wedding and once again they were perfect! Dave the driver is our favorite- he is very professional and laid back! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

THE WORST. Our limo did not have working windshield wipers. Our driver was nice and told us not to worry althought it was pouring at night. This was for a bachlorette party, we apparently were trying to kill the bride prior to her day. Driver gave us more time since we had to take back roads downtown- if this was a wedding I couldn't even imagine. BUT THEN I was told I would get my deposit back the following week when I called (with no apologies or discounts for the service mind you). I was told it was refunded and would be 5 business days. I wait 3 weeks and nothing. I called 4 times and was told Vicki would call me back. On my 5th call I get Vicki who tells me I was refunded yesterday and it was overlooked. Well why tell me 3 weeks before that I was refunded? I brought up this point to her and she flipped out ON ME! You lied to me about refunding my money, never called me back, and have the nerve. NEVER AGAIN.

GREAT! no problems that I heard of. Everything went just as planned. I did send an itinerary though. They were easy to work with and the condition of the vechiles were as stated. I would recommend them to anyone, even use them again.

The only vendor i had that was terrible. The air condition didn't work, its was 80 that day. The red carpet roll out that they give you for being a bride, what a joke. It was a small red rug. And at the end of the night the shuttle bus took our food, cake and alcohol to the hotel that our guests were staying at not us. We had a town car that was picking us up to go home from the same company. So why did the food go with shuttle bus? I still dont have an answer. When i called them to ask what happened, they were rude and blame everyone else for the food being put in the shuttle bus. By the way the food went back to their building which just sat out. So our food and cake was spoiled. DONT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!! They dont care about their customers if they did, i would have been compensated

Great choice for our wedding party bus. My husband and I also used them for a sedan later in the night after the reception. Dave was our driver and he was so nice, kind, and fun to be with. Our wedding was on one of the hottest days of the summer and he had the air conditioning blasting and was just so accommodating. I definitely recommend them.

Picked my husband and I up In Medina from our venue and took us to our hotel in Cleveland. Very prompt, good price (they have a bride and groom deal)! Made our night easier because neater one of us would have wanted to drive.

Our driver was so nice! I Highly recommend them!

BVIP limo service ended up bringing an entire busload of guests half way to the reception before someone announced to the driver that he was going to the wrong place. In speaking to the owner about this, his explanation was, "Well, the guests should have asked where the driver was going!" Now, I understand there were two weddings booked that day through that company, but don't you think they should have been aware also and had some type of simple sign indicating where the van was going, or even simpler yet, asking the driver to greet the guests and ask if they were all planning on attending our event or the other? This put the service 45 minutes behind, and the second group of guests who took the van walked into the reception 1.5 hours late, missing cocktail hour completely and arriving just as meals were being served!
The bus was hot and ran late on the return trip also. Then, the company refused to reimburse my deposit for a future event I had planned for August. Additionally, they called the bride the night before the wedding to say, "they didn''t think" they had received their payment. When explained it had been mailed the week before, they responded."Oh, we didn't check to see if it was in the mail at the other office."
Really, I am sure these folks are nice people, but organization and professionalism is very low on the list of their attributes. I would keep looking if I was you.

The limo for my wedding was beautiful and very clean! We had champagne and water in the back as well. The driver arrived on time and was very professional. He opened the doors for us and helped us out. He took us where we needed to go in a timely manner and even helped us out when taking pictures. Excellent limo company! I would recommend to anyone!

BVIP was great! The 20 passenger Excursion was big enough to fit everyone with wiggle room left over. Our driver was very professional and gentlemenly. He was very willing to help in any way he could and made our experience fun!

We picked BVIP limo service as they followed up with us more quickly than the other limousine services in the area. We also liked the fact they had previous experience with lots of weddings and they were more than happy to accommodate our needs for our wedding. They worked with us and we got good service from them.

We rented a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud from this company and we were blown away. This car was absolutely stunning! When this car pulled up in front of the church our guests were shocked. The ride was smooth and our driver was very kind and professional. We arrived for pictures on time and still had enough time to spare. Would highly recommend this vendor to anyone!!

They are very nice people. A little unorganized but our driver was a wonderful man. He was always helping me with my big dress on and always made sure that I was ok. He was very kind and fun!!

BVIP Limo was fantastic! We hired one of their medium sized buses to provide a shuttle from Hawthorne Suites Hotel to our reception at the Oaks Lakeside in Chippewa Lake. We called so many transportation companies because most companies do not allow you to break-up the hours that you hire them. BVIP allowed us to hire them for 5 hours but broken down from 4-6pm and 9-12pm. So we only paid for 5 hours instead of 8 like most companies wanted us to do! Their services were great, the bus was clean and the driver was very polite and punctual.

We ordered a limo bus due to the number of people. We were able to bring our own food and drinks on the bus for after the ceremony/before pictures. They rolled out a red carpet for us to walk on - totally cool! They had champagne for us, a sign, etc. Our driver was very professional and fun. They were on time, actually I think a little early, and did a great job of taking us from the Church to pictures to the hall.
