Jessica Anderson is a crook! We hired her to do my friend's wedding and I wish we didnt. She charged us $14,000 to do the decorations for the wedding, and the work that was done should have cost us nothing more than $3,000. The center pieces that we agreed upon was not what she provided! The wedding was in August of '09 and I am still yet to hear back from her since then! do not use this lady!!!
