He is extremely flexible, kind and best of all a kick-arse officiant. Basically, he moonlights as a officiant as his day-time job is a successful lawyer. He's super fun to deal with, knows his stuff and get's it done exactly how it needs to be.

We were provided with examples of everything; every note, idea, contract and receipt were accounted for and documented (and given a receipt of). You are very safe with going with Bruce! Thank for the awesome ceremony and dealing with our crazy wedding!

Mr. Falk was recommended by a friend. His assistant was really helpful from the beginning in getting us information and helping to set up time to talk to Mr. Falk. Both were responsive to email and phone calls. They gave us many options for how the ceremony could be conducted and allowed us to add whatever personal touches we wanted. Things to note - Mr. Falk can only meet in person or take calls during the week and does not do rehearsals.

The day of the wedding was a slightly different story. Mr. Falk was more worried about being paid than properly introducing himself to the wedding party. He did arrive on time and did a great job for the ceremony, but left very quickly once everything was finished. He got the job done, but many people in the wedding party and close family members commented that it seemed like he was more concerned with getting paid than with anything else and it left a slightly sour taste in our mouths.

Affordable? Yes. Happy we hired him? No. He was rude and bossy on our Wedding Day. He didn't even introduce himself to the Bride before he started barking orders. During our vows he went out of order without discussing the matter prior to the ceremony which caught us off guard. He also called the bride a different name when he introduced us as Mr. and Mrs. Then he left.... and he made it to his car before we even fully walked down the isle after the ceremony. These memories are not the cherished ones you hope for on such a special day.

Bruce was reasonably priced and offered suggestions for our ceremony. He doesn't do rehearsals, etc. He was timely and efficient. Not overly bubbly or flowery. He is very matter of fact.

Bruce is exceptional. He is extremely professional and knows time-management, he is a retired judge after all! He has the perfect voice and could project his sound so clearly that the guests in the back of our outdoor ceremony could hear every word. He has an authoritative presence and was a joy to work with...after talking with him once, we knew he would be perfect for our us.

We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

If I could have given Mr. Falk 10 stars I would have. It was extremlly helpful and professional. We are from PA. and we communicated with him via phone. He was on time and had alot of personality.

Gave email vows beforehand, will meet at any location really if you let him know. Will be as simple or as formal as you like.

My husband and I were struggling with finding an officiant for our wedding because we wanted someone who could set the right tone. There are a lot of "officiants" out there willing to perform the ceremony for your wedding, but we wanted someone who seemed wise and friendly. Who wouldn't insist on inserting too much religion, as some of the ministers would, and who would have a sense of humor to make us feel comfortable, but wouldn't use our wedding ceremony as his stand-up comedy hour (we've seen those before!). We drove down to Joliet to see Bruce in person and after a 5 minute meeting we were sure that he would be the right fit for our wedding. We hired him later that day and everyone thought he did a splendid job at our wedding. If we had to do it all over - we would definitely hire him again! Thanks, Bruce
