For the most part I was very happy with my experience. My dress was beautiful and I felt like a princess the day of my wedding. The only drawback was being nervous about using an online service. You don't get the movie star pampering you might at a typical bridal salon, but then I was on a strict budget. Iit all turned out really well!

I got so many compliments on the dress, and I knew that I had made a great decision to order my dress on line with this company. The representative on line was very helpful and knowledgeable about the dress, and I had received my dress within a week of ordering it. If you have tried on dresses, and found one that is outside your budget, check out this store, you may be surprised by what you find.

The ladies worked very hard to help me find the right dress and make sure the size was correct before I ordered it online. They also helped my bridesmaids with their dresses, which was a bit nerve wracking for me as they each lived in a different state. They helped pull everything together and the girls looked wonderful! Shipping was quick and returns for a different size went smoothly. If we ever had a question they looked into it until they could give us a full answer and take care of all our needs.

I bought my wedding gown online without seeing it first. This was a daring move but something I wouldn't change. Why? Because I went to a lot of different wedding gown stores and they were over-priced and didn't have the dress I was looking for. But when I saw this gown online I was amazed by the price and how it was everything I wanted! I got a bargain for this gown and it ended up being everything I wanted in a wedding gown. I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely loved this vendor!!! I waited until almost a month before the wedding to buy my dress, hoping I would lose some weight before I had to make the purchase. Little did I realize that you have to order at least 13 weeks in advance at most bridal stores!! I was going to get one off the rack, but was dismal at the thought of buying a dress a hundred other women tried on. I also did the "running of the brides" which was a complete joke and I was thrilled not to have found anything because then I never would've found this vendor! I had three dress choices, and they had one of the choices, in my size, ready to ship. The dress I wanted retailed for $1,000, was on "sale" at David's Bridal for $700, and I only paid $299 plus $25 for shipping. I got my dress within a week, and it was bagged and never opened/tried on/or used and returned! They also gave me the shawl and matching bag, which at David's Bridal, they charge you extra for those items! Absolutely would recommend this vendor- very impressed and pleased with the product and service. Only one minor thing: website said 24 hour service, which I called at like 1am (b/c I'm a night person) and they didn't answer the phone. I sent an email and that was answered very quickly, and they did apologize, saying they had some phone trouble. Other than that, no issues at all!

This online store was great. Everything went smooth with this company. The only issue I had during the process was that I ordered two dresses. I had to return the first dress I ordered because it didn't fit, but it actually worked out in a great way. The dress that I ordered was my second choice because they didn't have my first choice in stock so it wouldn't be there in time for my wedding. When I returned my dress I called them on there service line and I found out that they had my first choice in my size. I ordered the dress and got it within a week of ordering it. When I got my dress I just had to get slight alterations to make it fit better, but every dress needs some sort of alteration. I definately recommend them for your wedding attire. Oh can't forget their prices were a steal.

This place is great!!! Everything was low in price and was absolutey beuatiful! I even ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here which I had so many compliments on!

I searched and searched for the perfect dress in my local shops to no avail. I was prepared to spend thousands on my dress, when I came across the website, and immediatley fell in love with the "Bella" design. I was very surprised by the price, and was a bit skeptical about it.

I finally ordered the dress, and they helped every step of the way. I ordered the dress late on Friday night, and had the dress on that Wednesday morning! I ordered my dress from Bridalonlinestore.com. It showed up and the top was assymetrical. One side was made for a size 12 and the other for a size 6. I followed the directions for returning the dress. Waited on hold for 30 min to get the return of goods number, paid $10 to reimburse the cost of shipping the dress to me, etc. I received an e-mail 2 days later that they would not honor the return as the dress has a stain on it. The dress was never worn or tried on. I only held the dress up and then put the dress in the box to return and sealed the box immediately. Very dissatisfied customer. Do not buy from here!

They have the best prices on just about anything you need as far as attire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only down side is that you cant try on the dress before hand but it is mde up for by the amazing amount of money that you save!!!! I saved $1100.00 on my dress!!!!!!

I did get my dress from this company but it was purchased at a location store called Madison Anvenue Bridal in Covington, Kentucky. I was able to go to the store to see my dress before I purchased it. I picked the Chloe dress since it was light and airy and went perfect with my vision for a sunset barefoot beach wedding. Since this dress was going to be worn on a beach, I did not want to pay alot for my dress. I was pleased to find such a quality dress at a bargin price.

My dress arrived and it was more beautiful that I could have imagined. It was hard to believe the dress I got for the value.

My dress was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. Need to give yourself at least 10 weeks to be they have enough time create the perfect look. I highly recommend if you have a specific look that you are going for.

I was searching very hard at local bridal stores for the perfect gown. I couldn't find anything that I loved. So I searched online. I heard bad stories about buying gowns online, but I knew what I wanted so I took chance and I am glad that I did. My gown is beautiful the price was great. I even ordered my bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dresses from them. A few alterations but everything was wonderful. I am very satisfied and especially for brides on a tight budget that want a beautiful gown I highly recommend to check them out. The shipping is fast also.

My dress came to me in less than a month and I paid $400 for a knock off maggie that would have been like $1800. I felt a lot better about playing at the creek and playing soccer and being at the park knowing that I wasn't trashing an expensive gown. We had to fix the cap sleeves but I'm sure if my chest were smaller we wouldn't have had a problem but it was a 2 minute fix.

My dress was gorgeous once it got here it took a long time. When I called to check on the dress and said my wedding is in five weeks when will it be here she giggled and said it should make it. I may have been better had she not giggled but it got here and my day went off with out a hitch
