I absolutely hate this place and will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone, they ordered 4 out of my 5 dresses wrong, and blamed ME THE BRIDE that it was my fault that they were wrong, HELLO? lets rethink this one. I went with my MOH to pick out dresses because she has larger chest area then I am so I wanted to make sure that she like and felt comfortable in their dresses, I went to every place and finally found a couple I liked and that she liked we finally got one and took a picture of her in it, the dress was a sweatheart neckline and was tea length ( right at the calf of the leg). My other bridesmaid went into to try on the dress and she wanted me to take a picture of her the sample dress again was hitting her at the calf, and she liked them needless to say they needed to be altered to above the knee but all my bridesmaid agreed that would be fine. When the dresses came in my bridesmaid sent me a picture of this Long HUGE gown, that looked nothing like the sample dress. I told her to send me the picture of the sample dress she tried on and called the place asap to talk about how the dress was not the sample, the lady began saying that "All dresses are going to be different depending the height of the girls" YES i get that but not when its at the FLOOR! she told me to come in and look at the dresses. So i did, when i got there i showed them the picture of the two and she said that it was the exactly the same as the sample...HELLO i have a picture of the differences one is calf and the other is FLOOR how is that same? So they measured the dresses and there was 5inchs of a difference and then they acted like it was my problem because it was wrong and nobody would want to step up and help about fixing the problem until one of the seamstress told me she would fix it, but then after her saying shed fix it she was going to charge them money, WHEN THEY SCREWED UP THE DRESSING...I had so many problems with these dresses 4 of them were long 1 was ordered the wrong size and they wanted to charge my girls dresses. they were very unprofessional they talked badly about ME the bride to my bridal party when obviously they are MY FRIENDS of course they would tell me!!! They brought in their personal lives when they were fixing the girls dressing complaining to them about what going on in their lives and everyone was rude and no one wanted to help and when i finally posted on their facebook wall about how mad and rude these people were the owner stepped in and tried to help... this place sucks and Ive heard nothing but bad things about this after i talked to other people about my problems .. i wish i would have known ahead of time

I had several very positive bridal experiences at Bridal Traditions this past year. Jeanne Going was an outstanding bridal consultant who provided the perfect balance of attentiveness to my needs and privacy for my mother and I to share the "dress shopping" experience alone. She was also wonderful and patient when I came in with my two nieces to try on several flower girl dresses. It was a very memorable time for me and I'm grateful for how accommodating she was.

Ultimately, I ended up buying my dress on the east coast, where I live, but nowhere else was I treated with such genuine warmth and desire to help than I did at Bridal Traditions with Jeanne.

I was very pleased with my experience at Bridal Traditions. Upon arriving in the store on a Saturday morning, I was immediately greeted and given a brief tour, along with a rack on wheels, and assigned a fitting room. I picked out dresses to try on and our consultant helped as little or as much as we wanted. My mom helped me get into the dresses and then the gals at the store would clamp the dress on tighter in the back to show how it would look properly fitted. Linda was especially helpful--since she sees so many brides every day, I really valued her opinion on whether it was a "wow dress," or a "just there dress." Once they saw what looked good on me, they helped pick out others I might like.

They graciously helped me two days in a row that weekend, and I went back three months later to choose between two dresses I liked that first weekend. I never shopped anywhere else. They helped me choose and order my veil, called me when the dress arrived and invited me in to see it and try it on, and scheduled my first fitting. They also packaged and shipped my dress to NJ for me for a great price through UPS and it arrived quickly and it perfect condition.

The seamstress I hired through Bridal Traditions, Masha, was fabulous. I loved her and she did an amazing job.

Worst experience ever. They do not allow appointments on the weekends, which is a HUGE mistake for them. Maybe they should know how to run a business more smoothly and people would have a better experience here.

I entered the store, and stood by the counter to wait to talk to an employee. A few minutes went by and I was never acknowledged, and a girl who came in after me was waited on before me. I moved to the opposite side of the counter thinking I was waiting in the wrong place and I still never even received eye contact from an employee. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting I got someone's attention and asked to be put on this incredibly long waiting list for a dressing room. My friends and I gathered dresses I wanted to try on and were never offered a dress rack or even looked at by an employee. A simple "how are you doing" or "is there anything you need" would have been nice. I could understand if the ladies were swamped with work or busy running around the store waiting on people, but two or three of them were just standing behind the counter chatting away and gossiping.

When I finally received a dressing room an hour and a half later, no service was offered to me whatsoever. I would come out with a dress on and look at it in the mirror and not a word was said to me by the employees the entire time. When we finally decided to leave, we just walked out the door and no one said ANYTHING, not even a "thanks for coming", or "can we write down the dresses you liked", etc. Apparently they were not too concerned about making a sale.

The dresses were not anything amazing- they seemed like they could have been taken better care of in the store and were way overpriced compared to the other stores I looked at. Even if I fell in love with a dress here, i honestly would not have bought it here and would have tried to find it somewhere else, because I would never want to give business to this store.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I don't know how they would ever receive a good review from anyone!

I purchased my wedding gown from Bridal Traditions. I got mine off the rack so they had it stored there since my purchase (9 months). No one ever called me to schedule a fitting or to see if I wanted to purchase any accessories. I called 3 weeks prior to the wedding, wanting to pick my dress up. The person I talked to told me that they would steam it and I could pick it up the week of the wedding. I called again that week to tell them I was picking it up. They had not steamed it. They noticed, while I was waiting for them to bring it to my car, that the bustling was never done. They proceeded to waste another 15 minutes to no avail. My dress was never steamed or bustled. The person I talked to about picking up the dress 3 weeks in advance and then again 1 week in advance did not even pull it from their storage until I showed up to pick it up.

I think the experience may be different if you order your wedding dress and do not purchase a sample.

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Traditions and absolutely loved it!!! I could not be happier with the services and professionalism they had. All the girls at the shop were terrific but we really worked close with Margie and she was absolutely terrific!! We were so impressed with her helpfulness and patience as my mom and I tried to pick a dress. We valued her opinion and would recommend Bridal Traditions to anyone!!

My dress as well as my bridesmaids dress were absolutely perfect and arrived very early. They do not have the fake smiley service that some people may want but they are very responsive and will help you find your perfect dress. For the price, quality and service, this is by far the best place in Omaha to find a wedding dress.

Bridal traditions did an AWESOME job with my wedding dress. The best thing though would be that they helped me get a flowergirl dress on short notice when another company did not come through. Everything went perfect. I would recommend them to others. Thank you for all your help!

All in all they did a great job and my wedding dress was absolutly gorgeous. However the groomsmen were missing items and some of the sizes were wrong. Also there was a sales woman in there that was very impersonal to say the least.

I enjoyed working with Bridal Traditions. It took me a while to find the perfect dress (I loved so many it was tough to decide), but once I went to Bridal Traditions my selection got much simpiler. We had a large weddnig with 8 bridesmaids and 4 other female attendants, all of their dresses were purchased through them as well with everything arriving on time and correct.

Had no problems with them. Weren't pushy at all and were really helpful. The seamstress, Penny, did a lovely job fixing my dress so I wouldn't have to worry about it dragging in the sand at my beach wedding and I thought she was very reasonable.

Has a great selection of dresses and tuxes but lost my usher's vest and ordered wrong sizes 3 times. None of my ushers had vest on my wedding day and when we asked the reinburse them for lack of vest acussed us of not giving back. Did not take responsabilty for their mistakes.

Over all they were pretty good but they had a few areas that needed improvement. For example our wedding was on a Saturday, I called Thursday to see what time my bridesmaid dressed would be ready for pick up, they told me they would steam them and all I had to do was pick them up. They only had one of my 7 dresses ready because only one of my 7 needed to be altered so they assumed that the others didn't needed to be steamed because they weren't altered. They were able to steam them and had them ready for me by the end of the day but just little/big things like that kept going wrong.

They ladies at Bridal Traditions are warm, friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection.
