I found my perfect dress at bridal gallery by yvonne. I told them my budget was under $1000 and they said that although most of their dresses are over that price point, they still found me almost 10 dresses to try on! They had a sample dress from the year before and as soon as I tried it on I knew it was the one. It is 100% silk - the fabric alone is worth more than I paid for the whole dress! They even took a bolero that I bought online and altered it to fit perfectly with the dress.

I had a pretty good experience with them. I was at an alterations appointment, and waited for over an hour. I had checked in with them, but they thought I was waiting for something else I guess.

Had straps added to my gown and the first person I hugged after the ceremony one popped. Later the other one did too. If I had wanted strapless I wouldn't have paid the extra, which was quite a bit.

Yvonne knew me by name. They took a dress and and idea I had for it and made it real, they made my dream dress for an affordable price!

I never thought I'd find the perfect dress for me but as soon as I went to Yvonne's the first dress I tried on was the one! I loved my dress and the amount of attention Yvonne's gives to every bride is great! They make you feel comfortable and listen to exactly what you want!!

This was the first boutique I looked in for a wedding dress, and fell in love! All of the employees were so helpful and really knew what I was looking for!

The only downfall was the days you could make an appointment for alterations, but they did a great job!

I loved my wedding dress however the seamstress who did the bustle charged me A LOT of money and the bustle was never able to be tied correctly. I ended up dragging my dress at least a foot behind me all night long. My recommendation would be to take your dress elsewhere for the alterations, it's just not worth the money to use the one there. Plus she only works on Tuesday nights so arranging for an appointment at times was difficult.

The Bridal Gallery by Yvonne was the best part of my wedding planning process! At my first visit to the store, I fell in love with a dress, but felt I needed to look at a few more shops (big mistake, ladies!). Once I decided on that dress, I looked online only to find that the price of the gown at the Bridal Gallery was either equal to or cheaper than what is was selling for online. Of course, I did order the gown at the Bridal Gallery and received excellent customer service every time I visited. When it came time for alterations, I decided I wanted to add some extra detail to the bodice and change the look of the straps. I was worried it would be too much to do and cost me a fortune, but the price was more than reasonable, and the work was amazing! The Bridal Gallery has the best seamstress around, she was able to make my vision a reality and was there to make sure I was happy. I have recommended the Bridal Gallery by Yvonne to all of my engaged friends, and will continue to do so!

Bridal Gallery By Yvonne was the first and last place I looked for a wedding dress. The store is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that they have separated and large dressing rooms for each individual bride. You always feel like you have thier undivided attention. As we cam near the day of my wedding, I called Yvonne and stressed that I thought I made the wrong decision choosing the veil I did. She reassured me that it was the right choice and that it matched my dress perfectly. I bought a Maggie Sattaro dress (Sabelle) and I thought they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Yvonnes to anyone.

First things first, I love love love my wedding dress so I feel I have to praise Yvonne's for that!!! In the end, it fit perfect and it truly was a dream... but the alterations process did have me quite stressed out and I wish it had gone another way! The seamstress I worked with was blunt, bordering rude at times and difficult to work with... eventually Yvonne herself needed to be involved with all my future fitting appointments and she was very sweet and helpful. There was a mis-communication with what I thought was my final fitting appointment... they thought I was coming in just to get re-pinned because I was losing more weight! It was very stressful to roll into the shop 2 weeks before your wedding anticipating the dress being completely done and to find out it hadn't been sewed at all! And on top of that, my MOH had driven from Vermont on a Tuesday for this! Yvonne compensated us with movie tickets and a gas card for my MOH which was a really nice gesture... Again, in the end it was perfection so in general, I would recommend Yvonne's to anyone, as long as they understand the fittings might be stressful.

Wonderful shop. Yvonne is a wonderful woman and will make sure you look your best and feel happy and confident in your gown. They also offer dress preservation services.

First of all I will say that the dress was perfect, but the service was lacking in almost every department. My dress was late, and had a stain on it when it arrived. Once they cleaned and pressed it for my fitting the seemstress was mad at me for wanting the bussle a certain way and walked out of my fitting !! I was in tears 3 days before my wedding over this dress. Yvonne the owner finally steped in but I recived no discount for any service and was not treated the way a new bride should be. The dresses she has are beautiful and the price is very affordable for what they have but I would not go back if I knew it was going to be the hassle that it was.

I had a wonderful experience here and my dress came out simply beautiful here. The only problem I had is when I picked up the dress and they had sewed the wrong belt of my dress. I brought it right back and they insisted that was the only belt like that and the other one I clearly remember didn't exist. They kinda make me feel like it was all wedding stress and I was beginning to believe them. I left with the dress and my mother and sister in law and sister looked at the dress and was like that is not the original belt. This one's nice but the other one really made the dress. That brought me down because I knew. I just don't understand why I would be lied to when others clearly remember it too. It still bothers me. Up until this point they would've been a 5 but I don't like being lied too. Now everytime I look at photos I'm reminded that I didn't get the dress in my vision, in fact the belt that was put on I clearly hated and told them the day they were trying belts on me.
I emailed the owner but she still says there was only one belt. I'm still very upset because I can not redo my wedding day.

All the ladies at Yvonnes were wonderful! My dress was beautiful and the service there was fantastic.

The bridal Gallery went above and beyond for me. The staff is great and yvonne is super sweet. They custom made my gown for me and when it came in, I hated it. So yvonne and her seamstress basically remade my entire dress for free until I loved it. They are amazing here and I cannot say enough good things about them and their beautiful gowns

I was incredibly impressed by speed and quality of service at Yvonne's. Each time we went, whether it was slow or packed to the ceiling with prom-goers, mothers of the bride and flower girls, the staff was available for questions but never pushy or hovering. One of my bridesmaids had to be out of the country for work for the month and a half before my wedding, only coming back into the country the day before. Because we weren't able to get her fitted before she left, Yvonne made us an appointment the morning before the wedding to get her fitted. I was more than a little concerned about this, especially considering the fact that it was a floor-length dress that we were having taken up to the knee. But true to their word, they got it done in an astonishing 3 hours, and it looked perfect.

Yvonne's has an excellent selection of dresses, and the woman I worked with in choosing my dress was great, and I found a wonderful dress within my price range. We were told that minor alterations, such as a hem, would be low, and that $200 was unusual for alterations. I was very happy with the dress itself and the quality of the alterations done.

However, when my dress arrived, I worked with another Yvonne's employee who was nothing short of incredibly rude to me and my mother and maid of honor when we came in for my initial fitting. First, she informed us that any even minor alterations would cost $295 (payable only in cash). She left us by ourselves to try to figure out how to put on the dress and brought me the wrong bra size, and when I asked for my size, she argued with me that I was wrong and she was right about the size. She told me that, once I was in the dress, the seams were pulling and she wouldn't lace it more - despite the seamstress contradicting her as she went over the dress to determine alterations.

I love my dress, but I felt taken advantage of that the price for alterations changed so drastically, and that the quality of customer service varied greatly from visit to visit. I would recommend Yvonne's for their selection, but not their service.
