The staff at the Box R Ranch are extremely friendly and helpful. The cost for food is a little expensive, but everyone loved it. The venue is beautiful and would fit nearly every wedding!

An incredibly beautiful venue & actually one of the least expensive we found in the Southern Oregon area. Outdoor accommodations have incredible scenery & picturesque summer wildflowers; indoor "Great Hall" is a gorgeous barn-style reception hall with plenty of room for even large weddings. The only downfall to this location is the winding road necessary to get there.

If you choose this venue, I recommend calling rather than emailing. They are somewhat slow to reply to email, and several different people will answer your questions. We had a minor mix-up due to dealing with different people (and those people not communicating amongst themselves what had been agreed upon with us). Your best bet is to call and ask for the main wedding planner each time, and if she is not available, ask to have her call you back.

I don't mean to make it sound like they provide poor service; only trying to suggest the best way to communicate with them. All in all, the Box-R Ranch is an unbelievably beautiful setting at a fair price, and the friendly staff love to help you in any way they can.

(They also provide catering if you're interested, at $20-$30 dollars per person. We chose to bring our own food.)
