The food was amazing!! Best food that I have ever eaten at a wedding. We got nothing but compliments about how good the food was and seemed to be very resonable priced.

The Carlson Towers Rotunda is an absolutely magnificent venue for a wedding! My wedding reception looked like something out of a fairy-tale and exceeded my wildest expectations! The grounds are gorgeous and maintained immaculately. The catering/event salespeople were wonderful to work with and extremely well-organized! The food is good but not exceptional. My food was better during the taste-testing than the actual wedding day. A number of our guests admitted that the walleye fillet was served luke-warm, which was a disappointment. My husband and I also felt like it took too long for them to serve dessert, which became apparent when the guests started to become a little restless. The DJ took notice and decided to start our slideshow early. When I think about all the things that could have gone wrong that day, but didn't, these are relatively minor issues. Overall, I would choose the Carlson Towers Rotunda again in a heartbeat! It is truly one of the best places in the Twin Cities to host your wedding reception!
