Karen is amazing, simply put. She has this energy that just makes you want to laugh and smile. Karen photographed our engagement pictures and also made the trip for our destination wedding in Punta Cana. Karen took pictures during our welcome dinner, wedding day and trash the dress photo shoot. I can not praise Karen enough, my husband felt at ease and we felt like we had known Karen for years. During those intimate moments on your wedding day that you want to be at ease and calm before the big day comes about that you have planned for so long.. Karen takes a step back and gets those moments in time that you will have forever, without you even knowing.

We used Blush Photo for wedding photography for our 8/20/11 wedding. Karen is an AWESOME photographer. She has a great personality and really put everyone at ease. I didn't really have a shot list or anything, I just gave Karen a general idea of the types of photos I wanted and she ran with it. She is very creative and if you are looking for more of the artistic/photojournalistic style she is the photographer for you! On the day of, everyone was commenting on the creative shots she staged. A few days later she posted a sneak peek on her blog which looks awesome, I can't wait to see the rest of the photos! We paid for the wedding ourselves and were on a tight budget, and Karen was able to work within our budget but still cover all of the important parts of the day from me getting ready to after the cake cutting and bouquet toss. I would recommend Karen and Blush Photo to any couple looking for an artistic, affordable wedding photographer with a great personality!

Karen is simply the best! She shot our wedding at a barn in Connecticut and took some of the best pictures I've seen! She is so fun and really puts you at ease when shes taking your shots. My whole family thought she was a riot, and loved how excited she was to get the best shots possible! I would HIGHLY recommend Karen and Blush Photography to any couple looking for a fun photographer to take their pictures!

Karen did the photography for our May wedding at The College of the Holy Cross and she was FABULOUS. She is so professional and has an unbelievable eye for photojouralism. We are beyond thrilled with her shots and would use her for any professional photos in the future!

We were immensely disappointed with our photos and video. Some of our important "must" shots were missed. We did not receive the 400 edited photos promised in our contract; instead, we got a dump of more than 1,700 photos, all out of order, and many that were blurry, out of focus and completely blown out. The only edited ones we received were those used on the company's blog and website for marketing purposes. At first, photos from our personal shoot were missing entirely, as well as the photos taken by the second photographer we paid extra for. We had to follow up to get these. Family were very upset that some parents and siblings were barely present in the photos, as if they didn't attend the wedding. As for the video, it looked like a home video. The videographer zoomed in badly and the camera shook. We were shocked at how amateur it looked and have been humiliated to show it to anyone. The videographer confused my aunt for my mother, a huge mistake that caused quite a lot of tears and hurt feelings. Please keep looking if you consider booking Blush. There are better options out there and you're better off spending more money to get them. We spent our own money to have prints and an album done elsewhere to avoid any more headaches, and I'm looking into having our video fixed by another editor.

My husband and I absolutely love Karen's work! I found her site through an internet search and loved the work she had displayed on her page. She shot our engagement photos and our wedding photos and me, my husband, and our parents are so pleased and could not be happier with the photos. She really knows how to capture those special moments.

Karen and blush photography was absolutly amazing. Both Sara and I have very big overwhelming families who pulled karen in all different directions, but never once did karen seem stressed out or overwhelmed. Karen was always in the right place at the right time. If something was happening and i was thinking i hope we get a picture of this, no sooner did i look up and there Karen was catching the moment. Karen's kindness and friendliness was above and beyond. We both felt like we were working with a friend. Karen thank you so much!

Karen at Blush Photos was amazing! She is a fantastic photgrapher! We loved meeting with her for our engagement photos, she is fun, energetic, and funny. My husband and I had a blast with her creativeness taking photos of us in weird postions, but the end photo came out awesome! When wedding day came, she was here bright and early and captured everything. I love looking at all the photos, she really took a picture of every detail! Every angle! We absolutely loved working with Karen, and couldn't have been more pleased with our wedding video! It's been 3 years already, and our families still talk about how beautiful the video is. I would highly recommend this vendor.
