bluedrive changed our reservation even with a signed contract and pretty much told me to take my buisness else where after i tried to explain that people had taken off from work ,didn`t even get to tell them people were coming from out of town and dinner was planned around the contracted time. they never even tried to compensate for the trouble they created. poor service> rent at your own risk cause i will be doing just what the owner(yes the owner) said and that is take my buisness else where.

Blue Drive did a great job for our wedding! They picked the guys up in the morning to go golfing and drove the girls to get their hair and makeup done. The limo had food and water which was perfect after such a long day! And the sign on the outside of the limo was a great touch and looked amazing in our pictures!

We had a great experience with Blue Drive City Club for our wedding transportation needs. The price was extrememly reasonable for the entire day/night. We rented their large limo bus that sat around 30. They arrived at my house around 7am to take me to get ready and to the church and dropped us off at the end of the night around 3am at the hotel. For less than $2000 and included tip, though we tipped extra since our drivers were so amazing and sweet to us all day. We had 2 drivers at one point and they literally carried me out of the bus and up the stairs of the church so that I wouldn't slip on the ice and snow or get my dress dirty. We used the bus to shuttle guests to and from our reception site to the hotel and it worked out great. I was extremely satisfied with our experience and their service.

I saw a couple low reviews on here before the wedding so I was concerned. But, MLE did an outstanding job, we were very happy. I was given the drivers phone number and spoke to him the day before. He assured me he'd be there, and early. He was an hour early to my house, which was very comforting. The limo was a beautiful black towncar. A red carpet was drawn for our exit out of the church which looks great in the photos. The driver was professional, courteous, timely, everything you need AND a great price!

This vendor took a deposit with a credit card and then just randomly charged that same card for the remaining amount a couple of weeks before the wedding. This was not authorized, we had no warning, and what if we wanted to use a different card? Also, once you book them, you still get emails basically asking you to book them. It is annoying. They didn't seem to know the best way to operate a shuttle service either.

2 days before my wedding MLE company called and told me that the party bus that we had rented was having AC problems. But they were going to get it fixed, and if not they were going to send us a different bus that the AC worked in - for having to call us they were going to send a limo to drive me around the morning of our wedding for free, whether we got the bus we originally rented or not. I thought GREAT! Well when we got into the party bus it was the one we had rented - the AC didn't work - and our wedding party of around 30 died from it being so hot in the bus. Everyone was sticky and sweaty.

We've tried calling them - they have yet to return our phone call (almost 7 weeks after our wedding)

This vendor left us stranded! I received a phone call about 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time stating that the limo we had ordered had been in an accident. When we asked where the limo was so that we could verify the story, the person we were speaking with, whom I believe is also the owner - Chuck, just said "Forget it" and hung up on us!!! We had to fight through our credit card company to get our deposit back. Terrible customer service and unreliable to say the least!!
