My engagement ring came from Blue Nile as did both my and my husband's wedding bands. The prices were very good and the rings are gorgeous. Delivery was very fast and customer service was excellent. My engagement ring was a half size too big and had to be returned and re-sized. The turn-around time was very quick and it now fits perfectly. Both my husband and I are thrilled with our rings and would highly recommend Blue Nile to anyone look for quality jewelry at great prices.

I love my ring! My husband was able to personlize it by picking the band and the setting himself. The only downside was that it wasn't the right size and we had to pay $25.00 certified mail to send it back to have it sized (no cost). But they sized it and sent it right back.

My husband had a lot of heartburn about ordering an engagement ring from an online company for such an expensive purchase but we haven't been happier. During the process, he was able to call and talk to a gemologist (he's very thorough lol). The diamond is gorgeous and the sizing the provide seemed to fit me fine. We also ordered our wedding bands from them as well. They were shipped to us quickly and I have gotten compliments on the uniqueness of the style. My bro-in-law also ordered my sister's engagment ring, as well as other jewelry from them. All happy purchases.

To be fair, I did not purchase the ring (my husband did), but I could not be happier with my engagement ring! All I asked for were sapphire side stones and he went in and built the perfect ring for me! He said it was delivered within a couple of days and even he keeps cleaning it to see how much it sparkles!

What impressed me the most about BlueNile was their speedy delivery times. I had my ring within 48 hours of ordering it! My only complaint is that the rings run a little big. I would highly recommend ordering from them!

I don't have a bad thing to say about Blue Nile. My husband always orders from Blue Nile, and that's where I ordered his wedding ring. The only thing I wish Blue Nile did is to be able to engrave women's wedding rings that have diamonds in it - this is the reason I had to order my wedding ring from Jared instead. But we're extremely pleased with my husband's wedding ring that we got from Blue Nile, as well as my engagement ring.

My engagement ring was purchased through Blue Nile, so I decided to go back to them for my wedding band. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I ended up ordering four different rings from them over time. Each time, they made the return process very easy and I just mailed it back to them and they shipped me the new ring. Wonderful customer service!

We ended up sending back the wedding ring we purchased through blue nile. But I called customer service to discuss alternatives and the lady there was so helpful. It was hard to shop for a band to match my engagement ring without being able to try it on. But everything else about this retailer was great.

I LOVE BLUE NILE!!!
I think their policy is free exchanges within 30-days (you'll have to check online to make sure this is still true...) When I called them a year ago, their staff patiently worked with me for 45 minutes deciding whether to size down my engagement ring or not...then they did the same for my husband last week when we tried to figure out which ring would work best given his profession (dentist). I have also never EVER called a customer service center and gotten straight through to a staff member without first going through an automated system and being transferred multiple times, so that was great too.
Service was fast, professional, courteous. Their exchange policy = super flexible. Warehouse/wholesale prices = great value. I am absolutely in love with Blue Nile and will use them again and again...
