    Our Last Minute Saving Grace!

    The wedding coordinador we originally booked cancelled on us 30 days out from the wedding. Scrambling to find a replacement we were blessed Laura at Blue Lace happened to have an open Sunday. She picked up our wedding details in stride and we ended up with the best coordination possible- definitely better than our original would have been. She solved a last second issue day of as well when the ceremony speaker delivered was not wireless as ordered. She got the correct one delivered without me (the bride) even becoming aware there was potential catastrophe so I could focus on enjoying the day. 100% recommend Blue Lace events! Her assistant was amazing as well. Worth every penny!

    No Brainer, Hire Laura

    No wedding is perfect, but our day was felt perfect and a large part of that was because of Laura and her team. She was so fun to work with and was so organized. She has a ton of experience and her knowledge of our venue helped make our day flawless. She is very guest oriented and made sure that everything ran smoothly not only for us as the bride and groom. but also to keep the guest experience in mind.

    Not all heroes wear capes!

    Laura was the coordinator for my best friends wedding. I can not accurately describe how wonderful her and her assistant were. They seemed to know exactly what we needed before we did! My best friend had the most beautiful wedding and she was able to relax and enjoy her special day thanks to Laura and her team! It was a HOT day and Laura knew it would be! During the rehearsal she gave specific instructions on what to do if we felt the effects of the weather. At the time, I thought it was unnecessary, laughed it off even. Well karma came for me during the ceremony. The heat hit me and I almost went down. Laura was prepared! I made a quick and quiet exit where cold water was very quickly produced. I got recovered and back up with my friend. In minutes. When the ceremony was over, Laura was ready with OJ, electrolyte tablets, and some ibuprofen. Talk about a life saver! Laura and her team were so prepared that the whole ordeal was hardly noticeable, the bride was aware it happened but didn’t even flinch because she knew immediately that I was being cared for by the best! Thank you SO MUCH to Laura for providing such confidence for the bride and for caring for all of us so well! If you are considering a coordinator, I promise that Laura is the right one!

    Best Wedding Coordinator

    Laura is AMAZING, if you are looking for a coordinator look no further. Laura looks at the big and small details to make the perfect day of timeline. She took control of an otherwise chaotic church rehearsal and ensured that everyone knew where to be in when. Laura helped to carry out our vision and ensured that we did not know of any of the hic-ups on our day. Our wedding day went so smoothly and we attest it to Laura! She is great at managing many personalities and playing defense to people if needed! I truly recommend Laura to anyone getting married! Our day was perfect largely due to Laura and her hard work behind the scenes.

    Laura, with Blue Lace Events was awesome! I did not realize how important it was to have a wedding planner until I hired Laura! She was there every step of the way leading to the day of. We planned a huge outdoor/backyard wedding and I could not imagine my wedding going as smoothly as it did without Laura there the day of. I highly recommend Laura and her team at Blue Lace Events.     I hired Blue Lace Events Colorado for day of coordination several months after meeting Laura at the vendor show. At first I though I could do EVERYTHING that needed to be done the day of, luckily I came to my senses and hired Laura. This was easily the best decision we made during the whole wedding planning process. Before the wedding we meet with Laura several times to go over all the details and get everything organized and written down. She really thought of everything and had several great ideas on things I needed help with. The day of coordination was AMAZING! All the little things that come up that day were handled professionally and efficiently, and the stress never got to me. My husband and I were able to really enjoy our wedding day; something I know would have been difficult had we not hired Laura. To sum up, Laura is great!!

    Working with Laura at Blue Lace Events was absolutely effortless! I was planning my wedding in Colorado while living in Texas and Laura worked with me from day one to overcome all the difficulties of distance planning. When I was able to fly into town for planning purposes (venue touring, booking a caterer etc) Laura would make me a priority and it showed! She made the planning process stress-free and effortless. Laura is very professional (which is extremely important to me), creative (with an endless supply of great ideas) and extremely organized! She also happens to be a great "voice of reason" during those "bridezilla" moments. She response to e-mails/questions in a timely manner and has many great connections in the wedding/event planning industry. For the budget conscious, Laura is an excellent value and she also helps you keep on budget! I HIGHLY recommend Laura at Blue Lace Events for ALL your event planning needs.

    Now let me say I did not have a wedding. I co run a women's networking group the Littleton Divas. Blue Lace Events planned our September 13th networking event. We have almost 400 ladies in our group and we have between 60-100 ladies show up at every event. Blue Lace took care of everything! She found the venue, food and cocktail vendors for us. Coming from a control freak it is hard to let the control go but I was never worried not once. There were some unforeseen events that happened last minute but we never knew until we were told after. We didn't know till after because they were taking care of seamlessly!!!!! Now I know this was not a wedding and on a much smaller scale but isn't the event planner you hire someone that you know will take care of those things you have no control over? Blue Lace is top notch and create a beautiful seamless event no matter what size!!!! 5 stars isn't enough to give to this vendor:)

    Laura did a fantastic job researching, coordinating and maintaining our event! We have a large women's networking group that meets monthly, and Laura researched a location, coordinated with the owner of the location, planned the food and drinks and executed it seamlessly! What I was most impressed with, is at the very last minute (I am talking hours before the event) our caterer cancelled and without missing a beat, Laura found a solution and made everything work beautifully! I would have never even known there was ever a problem had Laura not told me about it and shared her solution! She is that good! Problems arise and cancellations happen, but I believe the critical piece of the pie is to have a planner who can completely work with "snags" and still get everything done without anyone even noticing there was a change in plans! I will definitely be using her services again and highly recommend her!

    Sapphire Events was excellent! They helped my niece with her wedding ceremony and reception, and I don't know what she or the family would have done without them. Prior to my niece's planning meeting with Sapphire, we made an extensive list and believed it covered everything. However, after my niece met with Sapphire, we were all shocked that the wedding planner had almost an additional full page of things that none of us thought about. Before and during the ceremony the planner was wonderful and made sure we all knew what to do and when, which kept us calm. The wedding and reception was absolutely beautiful and went smoothly from beginning to end.

    Initially we were planning on doing the entire wedding planning ourselves and with the help of family. We then were told about Sapphire Events Colorado and how affordable they were so we decided to check it out.
    We are so thankful we did because there was many things we forgot and it wouldn't have gone as smooth without her services. The great thing is that the services provided are well worth the money and she provides different pricing plans depending on each person’s budget. She was also very good at calming our nerves although this is a stressful time in anyone’s life. Laura goes above and beyond on all aspects of the services and we could of not asked for a better planner. We had an amazing wedding and thank you very much Laura!

    Dear Sapphire,
    I am so happy for you, when you were able to last minute help out with my wedding I knew you should try your own business!
    Sapphire was just a "baby" at the time but I had a few last minute issues arise on my wedding day. Attending as a guest I reached out to her and asked for a brief period of management. Finding that she had already volunteered, Laura graciously managed the "Happy Hour", introductions and the dinner portion of my reception!

    Laura is pretty amazing! She is incredibly friendly and willing to help with whatever needs to be done and she is willing to do pretty much anything you don't want to do. She even addressed our invitations since poor handwriting runs in the family. The only improvement I can see is that emails would get responded to just a bit faster. Sometimes it would be the next day before I heard back from her but I am used to instant gratification living in our American society. She's EXCELLENT at passing bacon wraps at parties. :-) :-) :-) All joking aside, I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone looking for an event planner. She was excellent.

    I hired Blue Lace, because I was sold on Laura, being one of the best Planners in Colorado. Our Event was FINE at best. At the time of the event, I thought our caterer and our venue, were not doing their job, because that is what I was told. Come to find out, from a friend who was helping with set up, that Laura, had no idea what she was doing. For how much we paid for her help, I was very disappointed to hear, that our rental order was all wrong, her staff didn't know how to set up my decor, they didn't even know how basic items worked, Laura was with me most of the time as I got ready but her staff was ill equipped to handle set up. I was told the caterers we behind on set up and not happy about that, come to find out from a friend it was the event planning staff, and the catering team was picking up the slack, and apparently teaching them how chair ties work. The entire event was behind about 2 hours from the timeline, the day of I thought it was the venue and caterers, but I know better now. DO NOT BOOK.
