Blooms By the Box had an amazing variety including all sorts of specialty flowers that I had a hard time ordering locally (e.g., Bells of Ireland, Snapdragons). The Blooms By the Box flowers were fresh, beautiful, perfectly packed, and were delivered right on time with free shipping! I was very happy with my overall experience.

I had a very good experience with Blooms by the Box. Leading up to the wedding the few people I spoke to on their hotline were very helpful with suggestions. I really did not know what I was getting into and they were willing to look at links I sent and photos I sent to help me create the exact centerpiece that I found online. Even when the power went out on the east coast (due to the hurricane!) they were answering the hotline from their personal cell phones. That is dedication! When my flowers arrived I was so excited. I ordered way more than I needed but was glad to have extras. It was definitely a lot of work, but I set my friends up in a room and they had the flowers done in vases in about 2.5 hours! The only downside to ordering online is obviously some of the stress in not knowing what to expect and having a few of the flowers (maybe 3-5) not be blooming enough by the wedding day. Overall, great company I highly recommend.

Flowers were so fresh and lovely. We were very pleased. We had small issue with petals which was corrected in a timely manner. I would use this vendor again for sure. We spent $500 for local flowers- then $500 from bloomsbythebox.com and the value was much better!!

I used Blooms by the Box for my centerpieces. They were beautiful! I had hydrangeas and were worried they would wilt easily, but I followed the advice from a customer service rep about how to cut and re-hydrate hydrangeas, and they did PERFECTLY! I would recommend doing a trial run. I did and it gave me a MUCH more realistic view of what I was up against and what had to be done. But overall, I was very happy with Blooms by the Box.

I ordered three different flowers for my wedding. The main ones were the large open calla lilies (the expensive kind). I was using fake flowers in the centerpieces but I had live ones for the bride and bridesmaids bouquets as well as the MOB and MOG's coursages and the boutineers for the groomsmen. They came as planned and we immediately followed all of the instructions. The wedding was on Sunday and they came on Friday. The flowers were closed as the instructions said they would be. By the time wedding happened, they hadn't opened up and they were starting to turn brown. We did follow ALL of the instructions to the tee considering how expensive they were. We had to go out and buy different flowers because the flowers were dead and looked like crap. Considering it was a Sunday, all florists were closed and we bought white roses from the grocery store. The other two flowers were beautiful and worked out very well. I contacted the company and they said they could give me a refund but I got too wrapped up in moving, the marriage, and a pregnancy that I never followed through. Even if I did get a refund, the amount of frustration that comes with finding dead flowers on the morning of your wedding is a horrible feeling. I would be very cautious before using this company. The roses and the other two flowers were enough to make beautiful bouquets.

I just used bloomsbythebox.com for my wedding flowers. I am usually not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled this time. The flowers were so beautiful at my wedding and people were so impressed that I did the arrangements on my own. I know people say they are just flowers, but to me it matters, I was holding them in my hand during the joining with my husband. I would say that means a lot! They were an awesome alternative to a florist. I did my own centerpieces and bouquet and they turned out great! The only thing, the flowers were a little wilted and even when I hydrated them they never came fully back. They have a huge variety! I warn you that the flowers can be shipped to arrive in short notice, but the petals take 5 days! Be sure to call and ask how long it really will take to arrive.

Ordering from Blooms by the Box was incredibly easy. I probably ordered a little too many flowers, but it was still very cheap. The flowers arrived on time, in great condition, and looked beautiful all weekend and for weeks after the wedding! Customer service was great and responded to questions quickly.

We ordered a wedding pack (100 roses in two colors: cream and yellow) with filler flowers (baby's breath, etc.) as well as 20 mini calla lilies. Before ordering, I called the company a few times to ask about their delivery service and other info. Every time I called I was connected with a service representative (no automated messages). The service rep was very knowledgeable and patient with my lack of experience with flowers, she gave me great flower care instructions, advised me on when to place the order and when to get the flowers delivered (Thursday) for my Saturday wedding.

The flowers were delivered to the hotel that all the guests stayed at. I wasn't actually there to receive the box, but when I saw them later that night, they looked great, they were all alive and well, no wilting flowers. One thing that I noticed was that the yellow roses and the yellow calla lilies didn't match at all, but that wasn't the company's fault, I should've inquired about that beforehand.

We bought the thorn stripper from Blooms by the Box which worked really well, the roses don't come de-thorned so you need the thorn stripper for sure.

The calla lilies were pretty expensive, which is why it only receives 4/5 stars, but overall, I would buy flowers from them again.

I ordered 150 white roses for centerpieces. I was extremely nervous about the whole process of timing the arrival and giving them enough time to open up and prep them. I was also very concerned about the weather being that it was 90 plus degrees in July. Blooms by the Box called me and asked if I wanted to upgrade shipping so the flowers would arrive in the morning instead of the hot afternoon. I was thankful that they made this recommendation and I upgraded the shipping. I couldn't have been happier with the results!
