I adored Billy Hunt. He was very easy to work with through all the planning. On the wedding day he created a fun atmosphere, making everyone instantly feel at ease. And all that is just a bonus to the amazing pictures he takes. My favorite thing about Billy, though, was how evident it was that he loved what he did. It was clear he was genuinely excited about shooting our wedding. He also approaches everything from a fresh perspective. I got married at the UVA Chapel and did our post-ceremony pictures on the Lawn. I know Billy has done that same shoot countless times, but he approached it in a new and creative way. Some photographers seem to do the same set of generic, standard shots for every wedding. But Billy does not do that. He was always looking for new creative pictures to take. He was also very in tune with me and husband and made sure to take pictures that we be great specifically for us and our personalities. I could go on and on about how wonderful Billy Hunt is. I would highly recommend him to any bride!

Billy (and his assistants) were the best! He is a true artist and you will truly be getting what you are paying for to the penny, and trust me, you don't want to skimp on the photographer. The photographs were gorgeous and reflected the energy of the day. He is also very personable and will make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. He was also a good confidante when I needed a pep talk during the craziness of the day. His style is very rock n' roll and maybe not for those with boring or conventional tastes. We are eagerly awaiting the custom photo album he is making for us! Highly recommended!
