The land and cabin are beautiful. I had the best day of my life here, but the odd part was that the woman who owned the property continued to stop by throughout our wedding night and the following night. It felt like she was in the bushes making sure we weren't doing anything wrong. She would tell me in person that it was okay if we listened to music until really late and "party all night long" but then later complain about it to me in numerous harrassing emails. We paid an extra fee at the end because of lots of complaints. I think this place is wonderful but I'm not so sure the owners are ready to take on weddings. They never told me my guests could not use the restrooms inside the cabin and assumed I would tell everyone to use only the restroom outside. I definitely agree our party was a bit wild, but this woman ranted for 8 pages about little things like one of my guests was wrapped in one of her blankets outside during my wedding when it was 45 degrees outside. Apparently, she was creeping around spying on us and watching our every move. Again, great place but only if there is a few people staying there and I would suggest not doing a wedding over 25 because her expectations are unrealistic of wedding parties.
