Our driver was awesome! He was a local guy who carried my dress, found someone to open the church for us, knew a party store en route for drinks and was, of course, on time and super professional. I would rent a limo from them in a heartbeat!

My fiance and I booked Big Shot Limo seven months before our wedding. Three weeks before (and after they took our deposit), we called to confirm our reservation. At that time, we found out that our date was never put into their calendar and we were stuck finding a new company. We have asked for our deposit back, however, they have been ignoring us. If you want a reliable and trustworthy company, do not use them!

I do not regret my decision whatsoever about choosing this service. We had a very good limo that fit almost 20 people perfectly. They were very timely and VERY kind. They were very flexible even though we had changed times three times before the big day.

We're very happy, we went with them. We had a suv type of limo, that we very comfortably fit 17 people in. We were misquoted originally, but the company honored the lower quote. They were on time, pleasant and helpful. When we booked, we made arrangements for the limo to come back to take some of our wedding party home, and we're very glad we did.

We had a great time and our driver did a good job.
