Wow! I could not say enough great things about Big City! The food looked fabulous and tasted delicious and the service was above and beyond. Thank you so much!!! I was surprised on our wedding day when they brought my husband and I a tray of all our pre-reception hors d'oeuvres. I didn't think we would get any because we were busy taking pictures during cocktail hour. They were so attentive to us and our guest. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you especially to Gina and Tracy!

The food was delicious! We loved working with Gina throughout the beginning process. On the day of the wedding, Tracy was fabulous! She brought my husband and I our plates of food so we actually got to eat, and she just went above and beyond the whole night, not just for us, but for our guests, too. All of our guests raved about Tracy. I was beyond thrilled with this company! Thank you so much for a wonderful wedding!

Big City was great to work with! Everyone enjoyed the food. It was delicious! We planned a buffet and everything went smoothly. They even served us so we had more time to spend with our guests. We also, weren't expecting a cold night, until we checked the weather the day before and we were able to easily add heaters to our reception. Everyone was very appreciative. Bar staff and waiters were great. They were able to smoothly transition form our cocktail hour to the reception area quickly. Thanks!

Big City was absolutely the best to work with. The Staff were polite and "present but absent"....meaning they seamlessly appeared when needed and disappeared when not. The food profile was surprisingly tintillating to the palate. Being from the Carribbean, I totally expected bland food but was pleasantly surprised.
Kristina was attentive, professional, friendly and totally responsive. Intially I had planned to only use Big City for a small portion of my buffet, However, whilst working with Kristina I became convinced to hand all the proceeding to her care and that was not because she was pushy, but because she cared and that came through.
I am super critical (not a trait I am proud of), so when I tell you the experience was over the moon, take my word for it. I entertain often, and I am considering using Big City for some of my more intimate gatherings.

They made choosing a catering company, a breeze. The food was delicious, and they even added some nice treats by surprise!

Big City was the caterer that 'came with' my venue, Cypress Grove Estate House. At first I was nervous, but since my husband and I were using a rarely-used Southern Menu, they allowed us to come for a private tasting at the Big City office. Tracy and the Chef were absolutely WONDERFUL in all they did. We asked for small changes to the dishes we liked best, and the Chef was very gracious in making the changes we requested. He also make a point to come out during the dinner at the wedding to make sure that we were happy with everything. Tracy was absolutely fantastic in the pre-planning stages, as well as on day-of. The attention to detail was phenomenal, and my husband told me to make sure that I mentioned her in the review. I also wanted to brag on the bartender, James, who seemed to get everyone's drink orders memorized by the end of the night. He was so incredibly kind, but he was extremely attentive. I had a small group (about 40 attendees), and I received rave reviews about him from all my friends once back from the honeymoon. I received MANY compliments on the food, the service, and the entire staff. Couldn't have asked for better AT ALL.

Big city is not only a catering company! They can do it all! when my husband and I got married this year we had a hard time finding a catering company that we really liked.we had friends of ours last year that used big city as a catering company so we decided to check them out. We arrived at the office and there was a sign that read " welcome to the soon to be bride and groom Kevin and Jamie". needless to say we thought that was so cute.we met with a woman named Gina. She was outstanding! Big city really helps ease your mind when it comes to planning your wedding! The day of the event Tracy was the one who set up and coordinated the evening. She took alllll of the weight off my shoulders, by helping set up not only the ceremony room cocktail hour and reception, but she went above and beyond and set up all the little nic-nacs I had brought/made for the weddig as well! They made sure that they treated our family and friends with the upmost respect and care. They made sure that my husband and I ate first amd gave us the rest o the food to take home (and the food was too die for delish!!)so I your lookimg for an affordable, classy, well organized, flexible, catering company then look no further!

At first I wasn't sure about them but they were the only caterers that Cypress Grove recommended. I was pleasantly surprised. GREAT food and a lot of it!!!

They were easy to get in touch with, took care of all the details, and helped make our wedding day come together. The food, service, presentation, and all their recommended vendors were great. Brittney and Tracy were just amazing! They took care of my daughter's wedding as if it was their own.They are so meticulous with details,that you can trust them fully with any dream you have for the perfect wedding. We told them our budget and ideas and they put together a package that was exceptional. It far exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble or a bother to them. We live in NJ and this wedding was a breeze to plan with Big City Catering.
I can't say enough about how all the vendors they used such as florist, DJ, and officiant were also superb. The food was delicious, and all our guest enjoyed every bite! If you are doing an event in Florida, you must call them. You won't find anyone better!

Big City was AMAZING!!! The first thing I told my finance when we got engaged was I have to have a taco bar at the reception. When I saw Big City had that option, it was like it was fate. LOL. Working with Gina was a pleasure, along with everyone else on board.Every one of my guests has said they loved the food, and I couldn't agree more. Do yourself a favor and have Big City cater your event. You won't be disappointed.

Brittany and the entire team at Big City Catering were amazing to work with. Food was VERY important to us and we got exactly what we wanted and more! After going to so many wedding where the food was cold, bland, overcooked or just down right boring we were so glad we went with Big City. We are still getting compliments on how amazing the food was at our wedding. Everything ran smoothly with the entire process and they worked with me every step of the way. Having them there to coordinate linens was great too!

The staff at Big City were great! I was sold when we went for the tasting. The coordinator at the time was awesome and made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in our decision. Although the coordinator left shortly after we signed our contract, the transition to her replacement was smooth. Everything the day of turned out perfect and our guests raved about the food for days! The wait staff was great at cleanup...a little to great at that. I had several people mention their plates and cups had been removed before they were done, but I guess I'd rather have someone too quick to cleanup then too slow. Besides that, I heard nothing but compliments!

They were not only caterers, but wedding planners. Made the day perfect. Delicious food, everything planned to perfection they will be used again! Tracy was in charge of our event and she was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, helpful and a take charge person. Love her

Big City was more then we could have asked for from a caterer! They set up such a great event at our venue and were always there to answer any questions we had at all! We couldn't have asked for better food, with our specially designed menu, and there set up really looked like a piece of art! Gina and Tracy rock! And everyone was so so nice! If you can get the smoking ice cream station, it's a little piece of heaven!

We would give Big City a 6/5 if it were possible. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were responsive and willing to make last minute changes as well. Most importantly, the food was delicious and received high praise from all of our guests. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends.
