I hired Stephanie at the end of my wedding planning process because my original wedding planner did not meet our expectations. Most of the planning was already complete, but I needed help with the final details, rehearsal and the wedding day coordination. We only exchanged a few emails after hiring her as well as meeting once in person. When I arrived to the wedding ceremony / reception site, everything was set up just as I'd asked and the ceremony and cocktail hour (the part she was in charge of coordinating) went off without a hitch. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls as well as giving good feedback about different issues. She came to the rescue when we needed her most. Thanks!
