It is a nice looking facility, and the wait staff were great to work with, but the site coordinator wasn't worth the trouble. He would not return phone calls, didn't respond to email messages, was extremely difficult to meet with. Every time we would visit with him we would start over on the things that we wanted because he would never pull out his notes and look over them. On the wedding day he didn't arrive until 11:00, which would be fine, but he was the only one who could help test to make sure the video equipment was working.

My wife and I even spent time righting out a detailed document listing the entire schedule, what tables would be used for, where they went. We gave him a copy at one meeting. The next meeting he was completely absent minded as to what the details were. Things like if we were having a cake table, or forgetting that they were supposed to put out their punch table. (He even asked me about it on the reception day, and yet wasn't carrying any notes with him.)

During the reception he came up to me (the groom) and asked me if I would be ok to run the video equipment because he had to be in early the next morning for an event. Then asked me what my name was, because he didn't recognize me as the person he had been working with for the past few months. The kicker was, this was an hour after the event began, and the event the next morning was our event at 8 in the morning.

The food didn't taste near as good as the food that we tried. The punch was watered down. The catering coordinator argued with my groomsmen telling them that there was no dessert left and they had the exact number of pieces, when they didn't receive any, and they told my wife that they would have extras.

I can't recommend them. It's a nice looking facility, but it wasn't worth the stress.
