We booked this florist and paid for delivery to our wedding venue in the french quarter. I followed up with them the week before the wedding to find out what time the flowers would be delivered for our 4pm ceremony. They gave me a window of 1-2pm. They day of the wedding at about 3pm (an hour before the ceremony), we were ready to take bridesmaid photos before the wedding. I called the venue's wedding coordinator and asked her to bring the bouquets up so we could do our photos. I was shocked to find out they never arrived! I quickly called the florist and they said they didn't realize they were supposed to deliver them. After having to convince them that my invoice and contract absolutely show I paid for the delivery, they agreed to bring them. They finally showed up just in time, right before we had to line to up the walk out. Although the flowers did make it before the ceremony, we weren't able to take the bridesmaid pictures we wanted, not to mention the added stress of not knowing if I would have your bouquets at all for the ceremony! They ruined part of my special day. Mistakes happen, but they were somewhat rude when I called were not apologetic at all. To this date, nearly a week later, they have not called to emailed to apologize for the error which is extremely unprofessional.

Mrs. Sue was very professional, knowledgeable, and full of wonderful ideas! From our first meeting, 13 months before the wedding, she made me feel comfortable and excited about how my bouquets and centerpieces would look. I came to her with pictures and ideas and she took those ideas and tweaked them to near perfection! I was so excited to see the final product! All of the flowers (bouquets and reception flowers) for my wedding celebration were simply stunning. I highly recommended to any bride!

Beth's flowers did a fantastic job on my wedding flowers! They were so beautiful. I was even invited to come the day before my wedding and look at them to see if I was completely happy and I was! Beth's Flowers was really so affordable and I got more than I asked for! They were so nice to work with my every request and even gave me some suggestions that were very helpful in picking out flowers, colors, etc. They even helped me find a great hotel, the Ramada Metairie for my out of town guests. Very happy!!!
