Best Rentals did a wonderful job at our wedding. They had a large variety of things to choose from, including linens, tents, tables, chairs, glasses, etc. Everything was covered for the day of our wedding at one easy stop!

Best Rentals was a mixed bag of great products which were good quality and delivered on time, and an almost commically rude staff. There was no doubt in my mind that my tables, chairs and linens were going to be at the reception site on time.
The problem was that any time I needed to call the place to update numbers, place a deposit, ect, I was met with an usual amount of unprovoked hostility. A few days before the wedding, I called Best Rentals as instructed by them, in order to share the final tally of chairs needed for the reception. I was met on the other end of the line by some woman named Angel, who was, in fact, no angel. For the first five minutes of the conversation, she grilled me on the exact number of stairs that delivery men would need to climb to get the chairs into the building, where the best unloading area was and where exactly they should park on the street. Aparently I failed to answer her barage of 'delivery logistics' questions, and she started to get very short with me. When she started to raise her voice at me, I said to her "I appologize for never having worked as a rental delivery man, but that's the best I can do. Besides, isn't figuring out how to deliever these items your job anyways?" The conversation ended with me saying "I don't care how the tables and chairs get there, just make sure to have it done on time" and then I hung up.
The conclusion to this long winded recounting of my rental adventures is this: If you decide on Best Rentals, plan on having whatever it is you need delivered on time, BUT also plan on having your head bit off.

They were nice and helpful. Would use again.

No complaints whatsoever! I didn't even have to worry or stress about this vendor - so they automatically get an A+ in my book!

But in all seriousness, they had excellent response time, excellent customer service, and absolutely no problem with dropping off our rental items early. Very nice and refreshing to deal with!

We feel very lucky to have found Best Rentals.Their prices made it easy for use to order from a certain amount of things.They had a lot of the special chair covers and linens that I had been looking for.Their customers service made it very easy to order specifically what I wanted.All our equipment arrived at our house new and ready to be used.

Very professional rental team and great quality equipment.I was a little hesitant to rent from them because of the distance from their location to our venue.But they did an amazing job with everything that I just had to stick with them.Give them a try!
