I used Bella Mia for my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. The dresses all came in wrong sizes (may sizes too big for each girl and they all were not losing weight), the dresses came in 3 weeks before the wedding so about 3 weeks later than they were supposed to come in. The girl that helped up was very sweet and helpful, however ordering was left up to the owner. For some reason they had my veil at their house and we had to wait for an hour for them to pick it up. Just very unorganized. With someone in charge and organization this could be a great boutique. They have good dresses and choices to choose from.

I know those are some strong ratings, but brides, please believe me when I say....STAY AWAY!!!! My husband and I live in Atlanta but our wedding was in Savannah and we decided to rent the grooms and groomsmen suits from a local business in case there were any issues. The day before the wedding, the guys went to get fitted, only to find out the Bella Mia NEVER PLACED THE ORDER!!! I had talked to them at least 3 times verifying that all measurements had been submitted, etc. but somehow the order was never placed....and this is only the beginning. I spoke with the owner, Mercedes, on the phone and she was horrible. She refused to give the guys a discount although I told her most of them came in to town a night earlier just to be there in the morning and her response to me was, "No they didn't. 90% of guests come in on Thursday anyway." What? Are you kidding me? Is this any way to talk to someone that you just royally screwed over? She refused to give a discount because she had to overnight the suits...but whose problem is that? Not mine. My guys shouldn't be penalized because of her errors. On the day of the wedding she was supposed to receive the suits by noon. When I told her the guys would be unable to come in to be fitted she was asking my 20 questions, "Why? Where are they going to be? What are they doing? When will they be done?" Honestly, it was none of her business that they were playing golf, etc. We finally decided that she would drop the suits at the hotel. Noon came and I didn't hear from her. 12:30, nothing. I called the store and the worker said that Mercedes was going to deliver them personally. I called Mercedes, her phone is off. 1:00, no suits. 1:30, no suits, no answer, nothing. The guys needed to eat, get ready, etc. because our pics started at 3:30. Finally at 2 my dad went up to the store and picked up the suits. Merceded ended up calling my phone while I was getting into my dress and was trying to ask a million questions and couldn't understand why we refused to talk to her. In short (sorry this is long), the whole situation was a disaster. Mercedes is completely disrespectful, has no customer service etiquetter, and not worth dealing with. PLEASE DO NOT USE BELLA MIA BRIDAL....PLEASE!!

beautiful dress and really good prices

I found my perfect dress here and Mercedes was very helpful. The only frustrations I had were trying to get my vail. I was given one story after another. I ordered my vail in September and did not get my vail until the day before my wedding (February). Added undue stress. I still looked great though, but you need to stay on top of them and order early.

Bella Mia was not at all professional. My dress was perfect in the end, but orginally the owner tried to pass off the display dress as my new dress after I had paid the full price. I then had to wait while a new dress was actually ordered. Also, they were not organized in the ordering of the bridesmaid's dresses. In hindsight, I would have used another bridal boutique. They were difficult to work with and not at all honest. This was the most stressful part of my wedding planning.

This vendor is unprofessional in her conduct with customers. She lies about products being ordered and then sometimes does not give customers their paid for orders if she has a problem with them due to orders being incorrect.
