Bill and The Grill Gourmet was exactly what we wanted from our wedding catering. He was so flexible in working with our event and the variety of changes we had to make by the end. The food was great, especially the teriyaki meatballs. All my guests were raving about them and the mashed potato bar. I felt he and his staff were professional, yet friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend or use them again.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the food is with BBQ Brothers! Everyone raved about it and STILL talk about it. Simple BBQ at it's best. I think many people went back for seconds (and probably thirds). Bill was super easy to work with and even invited us to an open house tasting at his place. The staff was hard working yet laid back and had a good time (we saw the bartender dancing around a bit to all the good music). I would hire & recommend them again and again!

We used Bill for our rehearsal dinner. The food is delicious, amazing, everything a Southern would want from BBQ. People got multiple helpings and there was still so much more left over.
