The Bayou Club was the most beautiful place to have my wedding! Kari and her staff were so accommodating and wonderful throughout the whole process! It has been about 2 months since my wedding and my guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was. The staff made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed all night long, I don't think I went up to the bar once! Kari's DJ recommendation was perfect! Most of our guests were still there at the end of the night... I wish we would have rented the space for more time!

The Bayou Club at Bardmoore is a beautiful setting for a wedding. We had the whole place to ourselves and not a worry in the world. Kari, the Event Coordinator for the Bayou Club, assisted us every step of the way. We went with the clubs recommendations for cake and flowers ..... both turned our FANTASTIC!!!! We had a seated dinner and the wait staff was impeccable. I had better service at the Bayou Club than at 4 star restaurants, and the dinner was delicious. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with great service, check out Bayou Club. My wedding day was perfect.

My wedding went perfectly at the Bayou Club. Ms. Kari Perkey is the event coordinator at the club and she was wonderful. She paid attention to every detail, was able to manage everyone in a courteous manner, and paid very special attention to me, the bride. Some really awesome things that she did included:

- my cake looked very plain and horrible. In order to keep my mother from freaking out. She cut some flowers and decorated the cake with them. It looked 100% better (note: I did not order the cake from her).
- When my sashes for the chairs arrived the day before. She told me they were way to yellow (I had decided last minute to use them and had special tablecloths come from another country, thus I didn't know the exact color to use). She actually drove to Oldsmar to exchange the sashes for a more appropriate color the day of my event so everything would look elegant.

Pretty much Kari was amazing! She pays attention to detail and what you would like. I didn't have to ask her for anything because everything she suggested for my wedding was on cue to what I wanted! One note though is that she is much easier to contact via email.

As for the Bayou Club, it is an amazing venue. You get to have the whole club to yourself, so there is no double booking or sharing a hotel with another wedding (Remember the bathrooms are communal so you will run into other guests from different weddings at hotels and they are so far!). I also want to say the price for the Bayou club is great! I must say that everyone thought we spent a fortune there, but we were on a very limited budget. It is just a classy place! The food was excellent as well! I got the cheapest package and just ordered some extra hot appetizers during the cocktail hour and that was plenty!

I would recommend this place to anyone! It is a very budget friendly place with a great personal setting. The sunsets are gorgeous!!!

The food was absolutely fabulous and everything went smoothly. My only critique would be that it was occasionally hard to get in touch with them prior to the event. Despite that, however I would highly recommend this venue. It was decorated beautifully and the staff was curteous, friendly and very accomodating.

I can't say enough about the Bayou. The staff led by Kari were wonderful, friendly and so helpful. Kari thought of evrything and made sure everything turned out perfectly without causing me any stress. The food was amazing and Kari transformed the room into the vision I had. All the guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I wouldn't change one thing about the day. I would higher recommend the Bayou. Kari and the staff I recommend a raise:) It was truely a magnificent experience.

I could not have been happier with this venue and would recommend The Bayou Club in a heartbeat! Definitely agree that this was one of the best decisions we made about the wedding.
Kari, their coordinator, is absolutely AMAZING!! She made the entire process so easy and the entire day turned out even better than my husband and I had expected, thanks to her. She was always ten steps ahead and pretty much all I had to do was show up - it was great and very stress-free!
We had both our ceremony and reception at The Bayou Club and so many people commented on what a beautiful location it was, and we even still get compliments on how great the food was (especially the Prime Rib).
It was such a perfect day all around and I am so glad we chose The Bayou Club!

Kari and the Bayou Club were fantastic for our reception! The clubhouse is beautiful and doesn't need much decoration besides the traditional table arrangements. Another plus is the stage for the DJ is built into the wall and elevated, which was perfect for the case of my crazy family. The Bayou Club's packages are very flexible, and they really strive to make your wedding day perfect. The only negative was the loss of all the tea-lights and glass containers I bought for the reception tables. The tea-lights were never returned after the reception, but who really needs 80 candles and containers anyway?

I agree with the review below. My family and I feel this was the best decision we made! If I had to do it all over again I would have it here in a heartbeat. We were unbelievably happy with how everything turned out. The whole place is beautiful, especially the banquet area with the windows looking out onto the golf course. We took some beautiful photos on the golf course at sunset.
The service was amazing! We can't thank Kari enough for all of her help. She was very professional, responsive, accommodating, patient, informative, sweet, and incredible to work with. She did everything we asked and so much more.
We loved that they only have one wedding on site per day. We received such great attention and service. We also loved having the packages to choose from and being able to add a la carte elements as needed. It really made the decision-making easier and we weren't having to call around setting up table linens or chargers or any of that. Kari was amazing with setting up all of the details.
We were very happy with how the food turned out. Which wasn't a surprise because it was so good at the tasting! Our guests also complimented on how great the catering and service staff were.

We LOVED our wedding and working with the staff at the Bayou Club made the craziness of planning a wedding much more enjoyable. The food was absolutly amazing and the staff treated myself, my husband, and my family like they were royalty for the day. Kary is a great asset to the team. She promptly returned my calls and was very helpful. The only complaint we had (and I do not want this to take away from all of the positives) is that we thought that it would be best to do open bar for the first 3 hours and then pay by the drink for the last hour. Boy were we wrong! Our bill for that last hour was higher then the other 3 hours combined. A heads up on that would have been very much appreciated.
Overall, it was an amazing wedding that we will remember forever!

This was probably one of the best decisions I made. Not only was the Bayou Club beautiful, the staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Kari was always on top of everything and managed to create my dream wedding despite it raining and having to move it inside. I dropped off two huge tubs of random decor and she made it all work so beautifully and exactly as I had pictures in my mind- I didn't have to do a thing! And the food... it was the guests number one comment about the wedding, how GOOD the food was! we still hear people talk about it over 3 months later!

The Bayou Club went beyond to make my Wedding Day wonderful! When we decided to have our wedding there, they had just started remodeling, and it came out wonderful for our day.
