When my husband and I first met Rick at a Bridal event, we knew immediately this was a fit for us. He was knowledgeable, punctual, professional and friendly. Rick stood by his word on everything he promised us. He took considerable amounts of time making sure our selections were the exact ones we wanted played during our precession, ceremony and reception. Our family and friends still months later, ask where we found such talent. He was a sheer pleasure to work with and build a friendship with. With Rick it was more than just business. The big day went better than plan thanks to his hard work and dedication to OUR day.

Rick was responsive to our requests and he anticipated our needs and likes / dislikes extremely well. There wasn't a song played that we didn't want to hear and that was very important to us.

We absolutely LOVED Rick. We were so pleased with how our ceremony and reception turned out, I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Everything was timed perfectly (bridal entrance, Mr & Mrs entrance) you would have thought we practiced it for hours! His selection of music was superb and his equipment is top of the line. I've been to several weddings in 2007 and no one came close to Rick's performance! I would recommend him to anyone!!! Great personality, sense of humor, and very easy to work with. THANK YOU RICK!!!! You ROCKED! our wedding!

We could not have asked for a better addition to our wedding than Bass is Loaded mobile DJ. The level of professionalism displayed by Rick was exceptional throughout all stages of planning and execution. Throughout the planning process, Rick was essentially at our beck and call through telephone and e-mail (averaging a 1 hour response time), to answer questions, give suggestions, and provide support in general. Perhaps the most outstanding thing that Rick was able to do for us, was to help create unique music for our wedding ceremony by taking our favorite parts of many songs, and melding them into one fluid piece of music. That alone, made us feel as if he was worth every penny. He listened to what we wanted, and he provided it. Additionally, Rick attended our wedding rehearsal to coordinate his efforts with our minister and family so that everyone was on the same page. Finally, Rick was not only on-time, but early on our wedding day, and provided SEAMLESS service. He blended in, coordinated guests, took requests, and maintained an outgoing yet extremely professional demeanor. If you want service that is simply unparralled, Bass is Loaded DJ is truly the only way to go. Again I say...worth every penny and more.

Rick with Bass Is Loaded is the best DJ in the world! (And no, I am not related to him!) He was always available to us when we had questions, needed to add a song (even the hard to find songs), or if we just plain wanted his professional opinion. He came over to our house twice to help plan the event, stayed for several hours through our flip-flopping of what we really wanted, and didn't charge us a penny extra. He was HILARIOUS and very very professional too! (We offered him a beer on a HOT HOT day while planning in our non-air-conditioned house last summer and he respectfully declined since he was working). He did a wonderful job as our Master of Ceremony and did a fabulous job at getting to know the type of music that suited us, and keeping us dancing all night long. He even commuted to the Bend area for our wedding (we live in Eugene) and he didn't complain a bit! :) And when we needed a photographer, he did his best to assist us with getting the photographer we wanted too, which also worked out beautifully. I would recommend Rick to ANYONE! You get the whole package with Rick at Bass Is Loaded. There isn't one thing I would change about his services and that is the honest truth.

Rick with Bass is Loaded was great!! Not only did he play the music (all of which we chose) with a spectacular sound system, but he also provided the speaker system/microphones for the ceremony. Anything we needed, it was taken care of. Don't even get me started on the light show! A dicso ball AND a laser light show?! It was awesome! If I ever need another DJ in the future, I will definitely go with Bass is Loaded.

Rick from Bass is Loaded was very professional and took time out to meet with us to get more of a "feel" for who we are. The price was great compared to a lot of other companies. I would highly recommend Bass is Loaded to anyone looking.

There are many things that set weddings apart; location, colors, size, etc. But you know what EVERYONE remembers - it's the music! Our wedding had 335+ guests attend the reception and many people complimented how beautiful we looked and right after that, they say what a great DJ we had! When we met with Rick, about 1 month before our wedding, we gave him a run-down of what kind of music we liked and what sort of event we wanted; fun, full of energy, but still classy. Our reception dreams were far exceeded due to the caliber of Rick's company. It has been 8 months since our wedding and we still have friends and family coming up to us saying that our reception was the must fun reception they had ever been to and that the music was great. There is no doubt in my mind that our reception wouldn't have been as memorable or as fun if it wasn't for Rick - he is everything you would ever want in a DJ :)

Rick was a great DJ - During the planning process, he was open to our suggestions and, when we decided we didn't want to be too hands-on, took the lead and made appropriate choices for us. He took the time to ensure that we could be heard during our ceremony and worked with our band to make sure they had everything they needed to play during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (in three different locations). He expertly mixed dance music and was an excellent emcee - he kept things moving along smoothly, even when we unexpectedly changed the program and decided to give a little speech of our own after the toasts. By the end of the night the dance floor was filled and our guests were very impressed. He kept playing songs until we realized it was after midnight and asked him to wind it down - it was great that he wasn't in a hurry to finish up before the party was over.

We really enjoyed having Rick as our DJ. We looked at many other companies that offered services and chose Bass is Loaded for a number of reasons. We appreciated that whenever we called, it was Rick who we talked to. We also liked the idea that it would be Rick at our wedding, not just one of may DJs from the company. Rick came to our house to discuss our needs and wants and even purchased some unique music that we wanted that he didn't have. He did all of the sound for our ceremony and our reception. We liked that he had two set ups so our guests would not have to go without music while he changed locations. He did a great job at reading the crowd and playing music that would keep people dancing all night long. That is exactly what happened! (We all know what it is like to be at a wedding where everyone is dancing and then suddenly the music changes and everyone leaves the floor!) People danced until our venue had to close us down and guests were begging for "just one more"! Rick played a variety of music that all guests could relate to and kept people moving. I would highly recommend Rick and Bass is Loaded for any occasion that is important to you and can assure that you will not be disappointed!

Rick was AMAZING! He was very professional. He took the time to make sure my special day went perfect. He seemed to really enjoy being there. I like the fact that he could play anything that I asked. His equpment was exactly the right touch and it gave me piece of mind knowing that he had plenty of back up should something not work or wasn't quite right. I would recoment him to anyone and I recieved lots of compliments on how great the DJ was.

Hi to all the brides to be. i am leaving you this note to let you know that Rick, with bass is loaded will take care of you during the planning of your wedding i had no idea what songs to choose for my wedding i had a lot going on so i asked rick for advice he helped me out with my songs and many other ideas for my wedding it turned out great. rick has called my husband and i a couple times throughout the last year to say hi and see how we are doing this shows just how much he does really care about you and your special day this is a very important day for the two of you and he is there for you the whole time our wedding was a blast and i want to thank rick for helping make it such a great experience for the both of us.

Rick is an amazing DJ. We looked into several options for our big day but in the end decided we needed the variety a DJ offered. We interviewed several DJ's and Rick was by far the best option. Rick was on time and very organized. He was able to work out the music for the ceremony as well as the reception. We had a real party crowd at our wedding and Rick brought down the house! We danced all night and I have never had a better time. I would absoultely recommend Rick to any brides out there looking for a DJ. He has a great sense of humor and really helped us bring our personal flare to the wedding.

Rick was an exceptional wedding dj. His professionalism was astounding and he went above and beyond to make sure our ceremony and reception music was perfect. He met with us ahead of time at our convenience, and helped us pick songs that reflected our personalitites. He attended the rehersal at no charge and it meant so much to us. We have highly recommended him to all of our friends. He helped make it a day we will never forget!
