This bakery is 5 out of 5! I was so impressed with my wedding cake. It was fresh, very reasonably priced, gorgeous, and delicious! Our cake had raspberry filling.

The bakery works with the floral department to put flowers on the cake. The delivery charge is reasonable. Only had to book a month ahead and they took care of everything.

I would highly recommend using Bashas for your wedding cake. They have a large selection!

We chose to get our cake from Basha's, the grocery store. We did a lot of research & found that for the price, we could get more cake for our money than the high priced cake makers in the area. Because we went thru a grocery store, we didn't really deal with anyone specific. We just told our wedding planner what we wanted & she made it happen. Did have some disappointment when I was told they weren't sure they could do the design we wanted, as it was VERY simple & I hated the traditional cakes they had in their books...I didn't want something that lots of other people ordered every day. In the end, they were able to do it, and it was BEAUTIFUL. No one knew it wasn't from a pricey bakery. It was a 3 tier, square cake (chocolate w/ a vanilla pudding center & buttercream frosting) & cost about $250. Every other place quoted us twice & sometimes three times that. It was also delicious. The ONLY thing I wish we'd done differently was had vanilla cake rather than just chocolate. In fact, a friend liked our cake so much, she used Bashas as well when she got married two months later. They had vanilla & an alternating layer of carrot cake & both were also DELICIOUS.

The cake was very good and moist. My only complaint is that we had requested separate layers and they had made it so it would be stacked. They also didn't follow my requests for the way it was to be decorated. It still came out good and everyone was pleased with the cake.
