Barlett Hills did a beautiful job with with the decorataions in the venue. It had a very homey and inviting feeling. Guests also had good comments about the venue.

Bartlett Hills team made our wedding day perfect. Everything was so beautiful and the food was excellent. We had no issues and honestly could not have asked for a better day. I would recommend using Bartlett Hills Golf Club to anyone that is looking for a venue to hold their ceremony/reception.

My husband and I wanted a venue where we can have a ceremony, take outside pictures, and have a reception all in one location and BHGC was it! This place is beautiful, especially for our October wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better day!

Mary and her staff are excellent. They are professional and friendly! Mary was quick to respond to emails and was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The serving staff and bartenders were very pleasant too and took care of everyone.

The way Mary and her staff set up our decor for the ceremony and reception room was amazingly beautiful. We are still receiving compliments on how beautiful it was. Another plus to BHGC is that your wedding is the only one there and you are not sharing it with another wedding - yay!

We got married July 3, 2011. It was amazing! I was looking for a non-cookie cutter venue, and the ceiling-size windows with the full view of the woods and fields just entranced me. We were also looking for a venue that was equidistant from my family in the north suburbs, my husband's family in the west suburbs, and our friends in the city.

Mary, the venue coordinator, is extremely helpful. She responds to e-mails quickly, is very supportive of brides, and works with your dj to make everything run smoothly. The staff was amazing, very quick and friendly.

We got tons of compliments about our location, and how pretty it is.

You get a lot more for your money than you would in the city and many other suburbs. You get food, open bar, white chair covers, centerpieces, white chair ties, and cake.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the bridal room is in the women's bathroom, so groomsmen can't go in there. The guests walk through the reception room to go to the veranda for the outdoor ceremony. I would recommend delegating some ushers (even if you weren't planning on ushers for the ceremony), just to corall the guests.

Beautiful setting, excellent food, wonderful staff. I recommend BHGC for a user-friendly, enjoyable, gorgeous wedding.

Bartlett Hills Golf Club provided an amazing experience for my wedding! My husband and I had our reception there on June 11, 2011. We could not have asked for a better experience from day one. Mary was extremely helpful and focused on what I truly envisioned my reception to be like. The room looked beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, the cake looked great and tasted even better, and the staff was very welcoming and professional. When we found out we were having less guests than we originally thought, they were completely accommodating and allowed us to add items to the contract to make up for the cost difference. Also, my husband and the rest of the guys golfed the morning of the wedding and had a wonderful time. I would recommend this venue to any bride!

Mary and her staff at Bartlett Hills help my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside on the patio but was rained out. They created such an intimate, romantic and cozy atmosphere in the ballroom for the wedding ceremony that I think the wedding was actually better inside than it would have been outside! The wait staff were friendly and efficient and really catered to the head table and parents table. The food is AMAZING!!! We had a hard time choosing at our tasting because everything we tried was so good! Mary is awesome! She is very responsive to emails and helped us create a beautiful wedding. She's great at what she does and my husband and I cannot say enough good things about her and the service she provided.

The venue itself is beautiful with the lush green golf course and large ballroom. The ceilings have wooden beams and the windows are large to let in a ton of natural light and a great view of the scenery. It was the perfect sized space to have fun and give people enough room. Our guests also liked the option to hang out on the patio during the recption for some fresh air.

Mary and the staff at Bartlett Hills did a wonderful job of making our wedding day stress-free. They provided us with detailed information on when everything was due and took care of all of the major (and minor) details our wedding day. Mary was very responsive and even answered my e-mails late at night. I felt very confident on my wedding day that everything would go as planned and I was not disappointed. We received many compliments on the condition of the venue, room set-up, wait staff, and the food. I highly recommend Bartlett Hills for a stress-free wedding planning experience.

Mary was wonderful to work with and made planning our reception very easy! Bartlett Hills was like a one stop shopping for the reception. Everything was included in the plate price including cake, linens, and center pieces. I would highly recommend using Bartlett Hills for a wedding reception.

Bartlett Hills Golf Club was a perfect location for our wedding. Not only did it have amazing scenery outside, the inside was absolutely beautiful as well with all the architectural detail and the beautiful decorations. We were also looking for a hall that had an outdoor area for the smokers in our family. Bartlett Hills Golf Club has verandas around the hall which provided the smokers the convenience of an outdoor smoking area as well as the ability to still be part of the wedding.
Another nice thing about BHGC was the all inclusive package. We had our decorations including chair covers, centerpieces and ceremony details all included in the price...not to mention the amazing food, the awesome three tier three layer cake and the unlimited bar package. We were very happy with the value and the quality we received. Mary was awesome and helped us make our wedding day everything we had hoped for. We got so many compliments on our venue!!! It far exceeded our expectations.

Mary Gearhart was our wedding coordinator at Bartlett Hills Golf Course for both the outdoor ceremony and the reception. She was very well organized, warm, and accommodating. For all of the meetings during the planning stage, she welcomed all 3 sets of parents because of blended families. She took all of my ideas as a starting point, and was able to add flare and polish that I didn't have the time or presence of mind for. The day of the event, she was on top of all the minor changes and mishaps that may occur with an event of this size. She was so capable and aware that I did not worry about any of the decisions that came up last minute that couldn't have been foreseen. Without her, several minor hiccups could have turned into major disasters. Instead our wedding was perfect, and we couldn't have hoped for better! What a great way to start a new life together:)

Bartlett Hills went above and beyond my expectations. The wedding planner, Mary, is very easy to work with and has tons of experience/knowledge to help the bride along. The reception was decorated beautifully and went off without any problems. They are very flexible and will go above and beyond to make your event everything that you wanted. Let me tell you about the cake, it has been almost a wk after my wedding and family members are asking me
if I have left overs. It was so goooooood! I had a photobooth and Mary found the perfect spot for it. My DJ had special
lighting and Mary had everything ready. My tasting was the best, my parents had a blast. The decor was awesome,
booking with Bartlett Hills equals no worries!!!

From the ceremony to the reception, Bartlett Hills Golf Club is the way to go. We had an AMAZING time at our wedding and our guests did as well. The staff, specifically Mary, was on top of their game and catered to our every need. The ceremony was flawless, the delivery of our meals, drinks, you name it...not one complaint! Bartlett Hills GC is a beautifully hidden treasure. All of our guests commented on the amazing food and decor along with the unforgetable background for amazing pictures. I didn't even have to worry about center pieces, BH provided it all and they were gorgeous. Thank you BH for making our wedding day unforgetable.

Mary Gearhart and the staff @ Bartlett Hills are wonderful. From the very first call I made to inquire about their facility until the last minutes of the reception they were courteous, informative and flexible. The grounds are breathtaking, the room was decorated beautifully, the food was exceptional and plentiful and the waitstaff, bartenders, busboys were all very attentive. It was one stop shopping - Hall, flowers, food, wedding cake. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Bartlett Hills Golf Club.
