Barb and her team truly exceeded our expectations at every turn. I was planning my wedding from across country, and her reputation for excellence and years of experience in the region really paid off for me, as it made finding vendors and services a cinch. Moreover, I trusted her completely. She was always friendly, professional, proactive, and helpful. After our 3-4 week out meeting, I truly didn't worry about a thing. She and her staff communicated timelines, seating and setup charts, and day of contact lists to all of our vendors, and took over all of the logistics so that I could relax and enjoy the time with family. And, what's more important was that our family also could relax and enjoy the time together, and didn't end up packing up gifts late night or dealing with any crises or calling vendors last minute. It was truly a seamless, magical day.

My husband and I used Barb Wired for our day-of wedding coordinator(s) and were extremely pleased with the entire team. By having Barb, Alana, and Abby on hand, we were free to enjoy the day and celebrate with our guests rather than worrying about the scheduling/ logistics/ coodination of all the vendors. Our day went swimmingly and I know it's because of all the hard work Barb & team were doing throughout the day. Barb also served as a great resource throughout the planning process.

Hiring Barb Wired was the best decision I made about my wedding (other than my husband, of course!). Not only was Barb a wonderful resource to have about all things Charlottesville or wedding-related for the year leading up to my wedding day, but her team was one step ahead of the game the entire day. Barb and her team were a pleasure to work with!! She was on top of everything and kept me on schedule (which is a hard thing to do)!!! She was strict where she needed to be which was much needed with my large wedding party and free spirited family!!! She dealt with everything and if there were any problems on wedding day, me as the bride, did not know about them. She is super sweet and nice and I could not have pulled off the wedding I did without her help and organization!!! I loved her and if my friends get married in the area are already thinking about trying to hire her!! She kept everything going and was flexible when things changed!!

We hired Iris and Barb Wired for "day of planning" but they ended up going above and beyond. Recommendations of various venders, last minute rehearsal dinner suggestions when our prior contracted rehearsal venue was sold, major organization - pre wedding and day of - and complete execution of event. We primarily worked with Iris, but emailed and spoke with Barb and she is just as fabulous!

Iris was excellent in helping us think through all the details and make sure everything went according to plan. She created this checklist of everything and timeline for pre wedding and wedding events. It was excellent to keep all our vendors on the same page. Iris is fabulous over email - very responsive and organized. I am very Atype and was initally concerned about being able to let go.... When we got a few weeks out, I did not have a single doubt. Iris and the other Barb Wired employees were excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Our daughter had a unique situation-She married into a traditional Hindu family so we actually had TWO ceremonies! The Christian one was performed on the front lawn overlooking the vineyards and mountains and the Hindu ceremony was done in the side yard where the porch had been converted to a mandap, a traditional Indian altar. From the rehearsals the evening before, to the ceremonies on Saturday, it couldn't have gone smoother. The staff was professional and friendly and seemed to really enjoy the occasion. Barb's coordination of all the details such as the setup of the bars, the dinner under the "big top", the DJ and all his equipment was absolutely top notch. My daughter is very picky and she was ecstatic with how everything went perfectly on her big day. My wife and I will heartilly recommend Barbara Lundgren and Keswick Vineyards as the best place we have ever attended a wedding. I just hired Barb Wired to coordinate my wedding on August 6, 2011. Barb and her team were extremely professional and organized. Having them coordinate the events of my wedding day made the entire day (and weekend) run extremely smooth. My wedding was wonderful - but it wouldn't have been so without Barbed Wire. We hired Barbed Wire so that my mother and I could just enjoy the day, stress free. Barbed Wire delivered on this (and then some). They provided support and assistance throughout the planning process. They provided fantastic recommendations and kept us on track - their advice was always spot on and their timing was always perfect. One of the greatest feats that they accomplished was finding a German-speaker officiant (my husband is German). They tracked someone down in Baltimore, who turned out to be absolutely perfect. We worked mostly with Iris, who was a delight.

Barbara was prompt in responding to my phone calls and e-mails. She especially made the day of the wedding a breeze for me. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the entire day!

Barbara and her terrific colleagues were one of the best vendors we could have hired for our wedding! They were a wonderfully competent, calming, smiling presence throughout the weekend, and gave us the incredible gift of being able to actually relax and enjoy the ceremony and reception without worrying about logistics and details. We used Barb Wired just for "day of" services, but drew on Barb's expertise and help for a good six months or more during planning - her customer service is superlative! Highly, highly recommend.
