Great place! Got my dress and all my bridesmaid dresses here! They do not do alterations on bridesmaids but they do bridal gowns and the seamstress is AMAZING and so cheap! Loved all the girls, every time in the store was a great experience!

We went to Bancroft Bridal for our wedding attire (specifically bridesmaids dresses and my husband tux). The service was incredible! The prices were great and their overall quality of service unmatched! Definitely 5 stars!

I loved my dress and the whole experience. My only complaint is that my bustle broke really early on in the reception. I just wish there was a backup button/loop or something to help prevent these kind of accidents.

I found my dress at Bancroft and was very happy with it. I did have a problem with responsiveness. I had to call several times about bridesmaid dresses. I found their kindness to be fake at times and they charged me ALOT for alterations when I spent well over $1000 on the dress. For a better value, I would go somewhter else.

I had great experiences at Bancroft Bridal. Kristin and Abby took care of me and made me feel beautiful in my dress. My issue was with the dress (or the designer of the dress). My strap broke on my dress right after my ceremony and we had to pull over and buy a sewing kit to fix it. My bustle also kept coming loose and I ended up losing 6 buttons off the back of my dress.

Kristin is my girl! From my first visit (just stopped by without an appointment--though I don’t recommend that on peak Saturdays as they are super busy) to my final fitting, I always felt comfort and taken care of. I had no idea what I wanted but Kristin was able to take my handful of adjectives and find my perfect dress. The seamstress did an amazing job; the hem was perfect, the bustle lasted all night (and I DANCED), and she was even able to make the bust area a little more conservative--classy cleavage.

These gals are here for you and I would highly recommend them to any bride!

Bancroft Bridal was terrific. I live out of town and they were very flexible on appointments. They even got my dream dress in earlier than they usually predict without charging me rush charges. They kept my dress until the day of the wedding so I didn't have to find a temporary home for it. My only complaint is their mailings. When my dress arrived they sent a post card with the amount I owed written on it. I felt something like that should be in an enclosed letter not on a postcard.

A few years back I went with a good friend to shop for her wedding dress. It was such a wonderful experience and they found the perfect dress for her. That day I knew exactly where I was going to find my dress when the time came.

Bancroft Bridals are a good value serviceif you're looking for a dress and don't mind dealing with people who give you 'fake' customer service.

I was organising my wedding from overseas and had to do a few last minute appoinements to get my dress fitted in time. They were accomodating for making the appointments, but weren't very nice or professional in their customer service.

For starters, my dress didn't fit at the second fitting and they told me it may have been from eating a big meal, and not their actual alterations. Let's just say I had been running 5 miles a day and there was not an inch to pinch. They said they wouldn't charge me for the alterations, but then they did when I went to pick up the dress. Granted, it was only 5.95, but it's the principle of the situation - from all of the business I gave them (wedding dress, bridesmaids dress x 5) I would have just waved the price of this fee if I were them.

Secondly, the hair piece I received was not the same one that I had ordered when I was in the shop. They wouldn't give me the refund on this even though it was not the one I ordered, so I was $60 out for something I did not like. Yes, they did try and fix it for me, but I would have preferred returning it.

From the moment I walked into the door, I knew this place was where I had to purchase my wedding gown. The staff was warm and friendly. I had a private room where they served myself, mother and maid of honor champagne- they really seemed to cater to my every need. From start to finish my bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos were flawless! Even though I adored my consultant, all the girls there knew me by name and were always trying to find ways to be creative and give me advice on even things like djs, photographers and florists. If you are looking for the experience every bride hopes she gets- I would suggest you go here.

I had a great experience at Bancroft. My consultant, Abby, was always friendly and helpful, and did a great job pulling dresses (most importantly, THE dress) that I loved. They had a really nice setup where I was in a room with my mother and maid of honor trying dresses, and it was a very comfortable environment. It was also a bonus that the dress didn't push my budget, and Bancroft was also easy to work with after the dress arrived and during the alterations process. My dress took longer than expected to arrive, but everything worked out, and Abby was always responsive to my inquiries. I'm really glad I got my dress at Bancroft!

When I visited this store, we weren't seen until 15 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start. The consultant laughed about the request I had made for my style stating that she and her co-workers had thought it was funny and didn't understand my deion. Then she brought some dresses that were far off what I had asked for. I ended up picking the dress that my mom and I found ourselves in the waiting room (while waiting for our appointment). Lastly, the company never sent me any follow up notes or phone calls as they did for their other clients to check if I needed things like alterations, bridesmaid dresses, MOB dress, tuxes, etc. When I emailed my consultant and even stopped in to look for dresses, the responses were void. She even told me she's help me find the dress I wanted my girls to try on so we could order it through Bancroft (they sold the sample one) and then never got back to me. I guess my money wasn't good enough for them, but I gladly spent the rest elsewhere!!! Beware of the champagne tactic! It looks like a nice gesture but when offered BEFORE deciding on a dress it's just a way to get you typsy enough to buy!

Loved Bancroft Bridals! Everyone there - from the owner/manager (Tara), to the consultants (Kristen and Abby), to the seamstresses did a fabulous job. They know what they're talking about, have the best selection in the area, and go out of their way to help brides look and feel their best.

Kristen was amazing, she has so much energy she made finding a dress fun. The store was very accomodating to all of our needs and I would highly recommend them!

I would never go back here. They ordered my dress a size too small and the alterations were a nightmare. I found the service lacking. The seamstress was not experienced and charged me twice for alterations that should have been done right the first time.
