Loved Bancroft Bridals! Everyone there - from the owner/manager (Tara), to the consultants (Kristen and Abby), to the seamstresses did a fabulous job. They know what they're talking about, have the best selection in the area, and go out of their way to help brides look and feel their best.

I would never go back here. They ordered my dress a size too small and the alterations were a nightmare. I found the service lacking. The seamstress was not experienced and charged me twice for alterations that should have been done right the first time.

I love these ladies! They were just the best to work with! I worked primarily with Kristin, who I adore, but the rest of the Bancroft girls were there to help through the entire process...they are all so great! They were so easy going, and customer service was superb! I originally found just my dress there, but they truly are a one-stop shop! I also order my shoes, accessories, bridesmaids dresses, invitations, flowergirl and groomsmen's suits all right there! It made it all so easy! I would recommend Bancroft to any bride!

My dress arrived a month late with a part of the beading missing. They refused to give me any money back, but their seamstress fixed the beading and it looked almost good as new. Other than the mistake from the actual maker of the dress they were very helpful especially in the process of choosing a dress!

I had purchased a dress, but didn’t really like it. I went into Bancroft Bridals about a month before my wedding just to see what they had. I fell in love with a dress and got a real bargain on it. Due to the late date of purchase I thought that I would have trouble getting it altered in time for the wedding, but they really came through. The alterations ended up costing almost as much as the dress, but I had more then a few changes made in a really short time frame. By my wedding day everything was perfect.

Bancroft Bridal has a yearly liquidation sale in Springfield, MA, where the majority of the dresses are $199. I got a gorgeous $1,500 gown for $199. All the dresses were floor samples with no or minimal damage. The attendants at the event were very helpful regardless of how crazy and busy it got. Overall, if you are a budget bride look out for this event around March in the Western Mass area!

I fell in love with all of the staff at Bancroft when my sister was getting married, they were the only choice when my turn came around. The helped with all the details and gave honest feedback. We bought all of our dresses there and we highly reccomend them.

My dress was the last thing I thought I would buy, then Jessica recommended I try it on, and I didn't want to take it off!!! They were really wonderful and I bought my invitation from them also.
