    Quick Order

    I’m not one to usually write a review, however, this company was so beyond in customer service. My order was not going to have one of the items I ordered so they emailed me within a couple hours to notify me of the issue. My wedding is a couple weeks away so knowing this immediately was definitely a must. After letting them know I would still like the other items in my order they shipped them within one day and were delivered to my door by the next day (I did pay for express shipping two day) but still did not expect it overnight. They even sent some complimentary masks which was a cute touch! Definitely recommend!!

    Purchased linens and other decor items from them. We received our order earlier than expected and the quality was well worth the money. Highly recommend this company.

    I was a little skeptical just cause I couldn't find very many reviews. I didn't like the reviews for several other tablecloth websites. I took a chance, and I'm so happy I did!! I got over 60 items for less than $200. It helped that they had a 20% of sale. I love the tablecloths we got. Strong, durable, and great color. Love the vibrant colors of the table runners I got as well. Very pleased with the quality of my items!!

    I looked high and low for a very specific table runner and was overjoyed when I found them on Balsa Circle. They were very affordable and arrived incredibly quickly. The runners were absolutely gorgeous and completely elevated my tables!

    Just Excellent. I ordered a few kissing balls in my wedding colors for the gazebo. Mariah did a fantastic job and she was very accomodating since I ordered a little close to my wedding day.. I just loved them! Wonderful job!

    Professional and Quick Responses

    I ordered chair cushions from Balsa Circle through Walmart's website, but there was an unfortunate error with shipping that prohibited me from receiving the items. Cassie was very prompt in responding to my emails and issued a full refund when we couldn't find a solution to complete the order. I recommend this company without hesitation.

    Ordered 48 white 108" rounds. We got them exactly 14 days after (and our estimated shipping time was 7-14 days with the free shipping). So don't expect to get them any faster. Packaging wise, I'm surprised they made it. The shipping boxes were not strong enough to hold that amount of heavy polyester tablecloths. When I tried to pick one up to bring it inside the house, the top of the box just ripped off. I don't know the delivery man got it off his truck. But, everything inside was in fine condition. The tablecloths do come creased from being folded, but they also come with a strange coating or something on them, probably from sitting in a warehouse. Washing and drying removes the coating and most of the creasing, so if you want to avoid ironing, factor that into your time ahead of the wedding. They are a bit thinner than I expected, but for the price I can't complain; I bought the cheapest kind they had. They will work well for my purpose.

    Beware! Not doing business with this company again.

    I ordered 85 eggplant napkins and 50 grey chair sashes. i received the napkins but i have not received the 50 grey satin chair sashes, The company has not returned my call. My nieces wedding is on Saturday. 2 days away. I will never do business with this company again. Beware.

    You are taking a BIG risk with Balsa Circle

    I ordered 5 units of the white hydrangea flower pallets. I paid for expedited two day shipping. ($139) My order (for some odd reason) was split into two boxes. The first box made it on time. (3 units) The second box was delayed and scheduled to arrive the day I was leaving for an event that I was hosting. I tried to contact Balsa Circle by phone (at least 10 times) and there was no answer. In fact there was recording that said the mailbox was full. I then started a spastic email story with Rebecca. She told me it was a delay by UPS and to call them to try and locate the truck. She also offered to refund my $139 expedited delivery fee. I then asked her to ship the second half of my order (2 units!) to my hotel in Mississippi the next morning. I offered TO PAY for the shipment and just asked that she would wave the shipping fee. She responded with information of how to return the item!!! She didn't even answer or respond to my question. I told her over and over again how desperate the situation was but nothing. I have no idea why anyone would use this company with such POOR customer service. I deeply regret using Balsa Circle because they do not value the client. They do not care about your needs as an event planner or host. They do not do whatever it takes to help and there are other companies out there who do.

    Unprofessional Service

    I placed my order on a Monday before noon PST time. Also paying for 3 day delivery. Wednesday comes and I still didn't receive confirmation of delivery. Tried calling the company, automated voicemail advised any issues or questions should be directed via email or live chat. Email response from Balsa Circle was received at 4 AM Thursday ( clearly there customer service team is oversea). Advising me there was a computer gulch and are refunding my money, mind you they took my money out my bank account on Monday. Clearly the location in CA is only there warehouse. I have no merchandise nor has my money been refunded yet. You should be able to talk to a live representative during normal business hours. There shipping services aren't cheap. My event is Saturday and I have nothing and expecting 90 guest.
