If there were 10 stars for Value of Cost I would have given it!! With such a tight buget food is a large cost for 200 people...Atrium catering provided GREAT quality food for the most reasonable cost in the Houston Area. The staff was professional and helpful! Their presentation was beautiful and they stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I 100% recommend Atrium Catering for your upcoming wedding/event. Thank you guys!

I hired Atrium Catering for my niece's wedding reception in February 2011. I contacted Shantel less than 2 months prior to the date and she was able to work with us. Shantel is lovely to work with. She provided great suggestions and options that fit within our limited budget and timeframe. The day of the reception went flawlessly. Shantel and her staff arrived on time and immedaitely got to work. The buffet line was always filled and her staff helped to move the guest thru the line efficiently. On top of that, the food was really good! Her staff kept the buffet line clean and collected trash from all the tables through-out the reception. I would definately work with Shantel again.

Atrium Catering did a fantastic job for my company's holiday party. The food was great, the display was nice and they took care of everything. I highly recommend Atrium Catering!

I was so blessed to have Shantel and Atrium Catering part of my Special Day! My husband and I are so grateful for the wonderful service aand delicious food she provided. Shantel was so flexible, and worked with us with several guests who had food allergies. The bartending and waitstaff were very professional and friendly. Here is my experience:

Atrium serves food at the initial meeting so you can taste it. I signed a contract and paid in full for a discount.

Atrium e-mailed me a few weeks before the wedding to touch base and confirm the head count.

A few days later, I e-mailed Atrium to send in insurance paperwork to my reception venue. Atrium asked us to fax the papers. We did.

I did not hear from her in regards to this paperwork, so for about a week I e-mailed, called, texted and wrote her on facebook. I even was able to track down one of her servers to ask about her whereabouts. No response.

I got a lawyer to send her an email and got a response back saying she had a family emergency, and that she had limited access to internet and cell. She informed us that she had sent us a check and a letter before she left town, and that it should be at my fiance's house.

The check cleared, and we got a full refund, and a handwritten note explaining that she had to leave town and couldn't cater my wedding.

I found another caterer days before the wedding. I am happily married and had a gorgeous reception.

I hope everything is OK with Shantel's family. I wish her all the best. This is only my experience.

Shantel was great! As far as I know, the dinner portion went by very smoothly. Unfortunately, I was not able to touch my food.... i know, i didnt eat at my own wedding!!! :( I was so busy taking pictures and mingling with my out of town guests, that I didnt eat). BUT when I went to her house for the food tasting, the food was delicious!!! And, the leftover appetizers were awesome (shrimp and meatballs). Shantel was very helpful and was able to make any changes I needed up until the last few days before the wedding. A lot of my friends really liked how her bartenders were fast and fun. Thanks again Shantel for being part of my wedding, and making sure I was stress-free throughout dinner!

The food was amazing, I just loved it. They were true professionals, and I had to complaints about the food, only rave reviews from people. Prices are negotiable if your on a budget.

Our event was for a business re-launch. We were extremely pleased with our service and recommend Atrium Catering.

We knew we were going to using Atrium Catering for our wedding on October 24th, 2009 from the start (The food at the tasting was wonderful). Shantel and her husband are personable and very flexible. From the start of the wedding; their set-up and servers were very professional. The caterer was the very last thing on our mind that we had to worry about. The food and appetizers was delicious. We just wished our guests woudn't have ate all the bacon wrapped shrimp (Delicious!!), because we wanted to take some home!! LOL!! All our guests raved about the bartending service as well!! So the service, food and clean-up were great. They also packed up all out leftovers. If we have anymore special occasions we know who are caterer is!!! Thanks Shantel and Shannon for making our night great!!!

Totally fabulous!!! Atrium Catering provided the food and tablecloths for my dad's 60th Birthday Party, and we could not have asked for anything better. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Those stuffed mushrooms are to die for!!! Shantel even allowed us to pick up the tablecloths the day before so we could decorate early. You can't ask for a better caterer!

I was satisfied with the service I recieved even though the food on the stick was bland. I was informed that the fruit would be in a basket but it was not. Also, I was disappointed that the pineapples were out of the can. Overall it was okay not the best, but given the timeframe I had it was satisfactory.

Working with Atrium Catering - Shantel was definately a 5 star experience! She answered all of our questions and concerns. But best of all she was reassuring! She even BROUGHT the ice! Everyone is still talking about the meal that was prepared and served at our reception on May 30, 2009! It was a 5 Star Meal! I would definately refer her to anyone who is looking for GREAT food, GREAT service and Accountability at a Reasonable price. :-)

Shantel and her husband are very nice people. The food at my wedding was good but did not taste good the next day. So everything that was left over had to be put in the trash. The table linens that I rented from them had big stains on them in a lot of spots and had to be hidden. So if you use them ask to see the linens before you get them for your event !!!! So I do not know how likely I would be to recommend using this company.

Great food! My fiance and I found Shantel when we had craziness going on. She put me at ease and let me know everything would be fine. The food was wonderful our guests bragged on and on about it. She answered all my questions quickly and was so easy to work with. THANKS Shantel for your hard work!

Absolutely wonderful!! The food was delicious, and the cake was beautiful. Shantel took her time to meet with me and my fiance to discuss our wants, and helped us pick the right menu for our wedding. Her fruit and cheese display was beautiful. The servers were first-rate, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Atrium Catering to anyone.

Finger licking good!! Shantel and her servers was awsome! The only advise I have is to make sure you order lots of extra food. It was soo good until my guests had 3 or more servering each and we almost ran out out of food. Good for us Shantel had extra food! She just billed us after the wedding and everything was fine.
