  I cannot say enough good things about this company! I initially just rented tables and chairs for our beach wedding, but the week before the wedding the weather wasn't looking good. Tom was very accommodating when I was discussing tent options with him and even went to the event house to scope out the yard and figure out which tent would be best to use. He set the tent up several days before the wedding which gave us ample time to set up and decorate and then the day of the wedding came over to make sure everything was secure after a strong windstorm hit the area earlier in the morning. We had to be out of the house we rented by 10 the next morning and Tom had everything packed up and gone by the deadline.

  I could not imagine that arranging for rental equipment for a wedding at the beach could be made any easier. All of the equipment that they set up was clean and sturdy. I was worried about a tent so close to the windy beach, but the tent they set up didn't budge! It was simply beautiful! Everything was straightforward too. Questions were answered and requests were honored.

  I originally started contacting Wendy & Tom at Atlantis Tents immediately after my engagement in May, 2016. Admittedly it was right in the middle of busy wedding season, for sure, but often we would get no response at all, via email or voice. We left messages on several occasions that went unanswered. It worried me a lot. But!! On the event date, they provided a 30x45 weighted tent with lights that turned out to be absolutely lovely... However! We were setting up in a very exclusive, family-oriented property. At;antis sent three people to set up-- one well-endowed, plus-sized woman who wore a T-shirt which didn't cover her mid-section with no bra. Also, the property is on the beach so it was EXTREMELY windy. One of the three (a gentleman) had to leave because they'd forgotten something, so that left two of them. Even with three, if it hadn't been for my future husband, a groomsman and two property staff people, this would not have gone well. They did NOT bring enough help to set up this tent! Insult to injury, the three folks sent by Atlantis Tents were very foul-mouthed. Because again, the tent was being set up on a very exclusive, family-oriented property, the property staff people, who helped with set-up, had to ask them to watch their mouths-- to which they didn't respond very kindly. The tent was great. The service left a lot, a lot to be desired. Set-up was a long, drawn out NIGHTMARE... but if you can handle all of that. You'll get a great tent!
