We had JJ Campos as our DJ and he kept the party going all night. Not only did he have a great list of music to play he took our choices into consideration as well. The guests loved the interactive games we played and the conga line!

Greg from Astro DJ were wonderful to work with. He was professional, attentive, mindful of our requests, and kept the dance floor packed all night long. Astro DJ also provided our uplighting and it really made the room come to life! I would highly recommend.

We had Jay Johnson as our wedding DJ and he was AMAZING!!! We actually got married the weekend Hurricane Irene hit. Jay was so sympathetic and easy to work with. We ended up moving the wedding up to Friday and he was able to make all the needed arrangements and best of all called to ask how I was doing. The wedding turned out wonderful and the guests LOVED Jay. He played everything we asked for. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. His personality is great. He knows how to keep the party going. My husband and I both highly recommend him!

Our DJ Christian was great! He knew what to play and when to play. He would come up to me if someone requested something unusual to make sure it was okay! Everyone was up and dancing most of the time thanks to Christian!

If you need DJ services in VA Beach - Definitely go to Astro DJ and ask for Roger!! We had a large list of songs we wanted played for our wedding, and he made sure to make our night special. Roger was right on point with each specific timed moment whether I was walking down the aisle, or my garter was being taken off, it was perfect!! We were able to have a night full of fun with oldies, 80s, new songs and great kid friendly songs as well! We even had someone request a somewhat inappropriate song, and he knew us so well he told them they would have to ask the bride and groom if it was ok! We were so thankful for Roger. He was a blast!! :)

Danny Gray was awesome!!!! He was very dependable and easy to reach when I had questions. He sat down with the groom and I and showed passion and dedication to make our ceremony and reception the best it could be! I loved his style and music selection. I would defiantly recommend him to any bride!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The driver of the van of this company just broke into a funeral line of cars headed to the cemetery. As he switched lanes to avoid detection of the police escort he stuck his hand out the window and stuck up his middle finger to the mourners! May karma be his constant companion.

Astro was amazing! Our wedding guests were a variety of ages - mostly family members with a few friends our age, and everyone was up dancing! Kurt did a wonderful job at the wedding. We had so many compliments about him, he really kept the party going, and ensured everyone had a great time. Thank you so much Astro DJs and Kurt!

Astro did my outer banks wedding at a great price, especially considering that my husband and I had some unusual requests. We had karaoke at our reception, and the DJ was just perfect. He provided a fantastic intro for us, was funny but not over the top, and made some great choices based on the ideas I tossed at him for dinner music (1930's jazz) and a unique Polish Tradition (passing of the veils) which worked out great. They even offered to give us a cut to the cost of the photo booth we wanted to rent, though we had to decline (budget was spent) we appreciated that, along with their awesome communication and personalized, professional service.

Astro Entertainment is a great company. It was our first time using them and we used them for our wedding. We had a DJ named Danny, and he was fabulous!! He provided high energy all night long, great audience contact. He played everything we requested and even asked for permission from me(the bride) before playing silly request... like the chicken song for the little kids! I really appreciated that he stayed in tune with the party all night long. Danny did everything he could to make our night special, he even went as far as to play the cleanest version he could find of Too Short which was a major request from the groom and his boys. Thanks Danny ;-) Danny was a great combination to our party and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to make our night special. We will forever be greatful to him and the Astro team. Thanks and we can't wait to use you again!

astro DJ's were great! they let me provide my own playlist. they set everything up sounded great and my guests danced the night away!

DJ Roger Cruz with Astro DJ's was recommended to us, and it was a GREAT recommendation. Roger met with us before the wedding, talked through the flow, what was important to us, what we liked/didn't like and we shared stories about our fav techno DJ's. On the night Roger was set up and ready for the party to begin as the guests arrived. He played great music through cocktail hour and dinner, then really started to ramp things up and got everyone on the dance floor. I had asked for an Anniversary/Longevity Dance and he did a great job leading us through and celebrating several couples who had been married for more than 50 years! He was a great listener - playing the music we wanted but also making sure the guests were involved and had a great time. Our last hour was heavily techno - which was perfect for our friends who were there to party with us until midnight! I highly recommend Roger - ask for him at Astro DJ!

Astro handles it all! They did the videography AND DJ service for my wedding. The staff is extremely nice and easy to work with. The DJ was AMAZING. He definitely set the tone for the reception. In his words, "This wedding finished the way it started - with a BANG!" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
