pretty good... however, driver asked us for directions to reception when we gave them detailed directions with the contract! That was one of the reasons why we hired a driver!

We were very disappointed with Aristocat's service for our wedding on June 27, 2009. We requested a black limo, a white one arrived, the A/C only pushed out mildly cool air, the passenger-side window in the back did not work, and the driver's belly hung out of his shirt the whole time. Then a replacement limo was sent, I don't know if it was due to the A/C, the wrong color, or what, I didn't get a full explanation, and that one's passenger-side window also did not work. On top of all of that, we paid for the wedding package and there were no bottles of water and no red carpet service as promised.
