Very unfair review of us. Dalia confused us as well. We accommodated Dalia in every way. Click on Dalia & Luis name under the little bride & Groom avatar and see what someone in her wedding party said in defense of us. We rent more tuxes in central Florida than anyone and have been doing this for 10 years. We wish Dalia well but she should be more considerate when leaving negative responses because we billed 1 person wrong and then made up for it minutes later.

She confused the tux shop people by paying over the telephone, and never telling her husband to be that the tuxedo was already paid for. To my knowledge she was properly reimbursed immediately for the mistake, and the tuxedo company even gave her back a little extra for the inconvenience.
