Quality of Service:
Our wedding is scheduled for April 2012. We met with Amy a year in advance, signed a contract, and put a deposit on our date for our wedding. We showed her pictures of what we wanted and picked all of the details out. Within a few months the cake was completely paid for. We then get an email in January 2012, 3 months before the wedding, stating she would not be able to make our wedding cake due to a conflict. Very unprofessional especially considering we reserved her a year in advance.
