I had family and friends who flew in for our wedding. They said that this airline was very good. They arrived on time and had no problems. Everything went smoothly and they even watched TV shows which they were very pleased about, on the trip. Their kids enjoyed that as well.

American Airlines were awesome to all our guests. All we had to do is let them know about our event and immediately they set up an account code that gave everyone 5% no matter where they were traveling from. So everyone was able to get a discount to our destination wedding!

We where afraid we would lose our luggage but we got some help and they assisted us with organizing everything.The flight was not very comfortable but we didn't really pay for first class either.Overall I would say the service from American Airlines is wonderful.

What can I say, every single leg of our lengthy trip was a nightmare with these guys. Starting with running through Dallas Fort Worth from one end to the other after our first leg was three hours delayed getting there for a maintenance issue. After almost a mile we arrived at the gate ten minutes after departure time, only to board and sit on this plane for 2 hours before taking off for Chile due to yes, more maintenance issues. Lovely. Fortunately since we had a ten hour layover in Chile we were not in danger of missing the next connection. They did not have my vegetarian request despite confirming this twice. Nor did they have us seated together most flights. Furthermore, they were completely unmoved by the fact that we were flying to our wedding. We did actually arrive in tact to Easter Island six hours late but safely. Sadly, the return trip was more of the same including canceling the last leg of our trip after having waited through a five hour delay and tellling us we would have to stay in Dallas over night. We refused and finally forced them to put us on another airline. US Airways who seemed able to leave in a timely fashion. Finally to add final insult to egregious injuries, they refuse to credit my frequent flyer account saying they don't have a record of my being on the flight from Santiago, Chile to Dallas Fort Worth. Well how exactly then did I get to DFW from Easter Island I asked on representative? Two thousand miles is a long way to swim. Might be better than flying with these guys again.

The flight wasn't very nice. I was 6 months pregnant and the service was slow. The whole plan smelt really bad.

The 'Airline' itself was the usual but the particular staff we had were great. They helped me with my dress, i.e. not let it out of my sight! They also, since we were on out way to Vegas, did a mini lottery on the plane.
