I absolutely loved working with Amanda Moran and her partner Tracey Medorma for my wedding hair and makeup! Amanda (owner/hair) and Tracey (makeup artist) were not only extremely professional but charming, accommodating, and attentive—exactly what a bride needs a few hours before her wedding.

When I arrived for my hair and makeup trial, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but with their expertise, experience and patience they shaped the look for my wedding day. Amanda and Tracey were so patient with me and kept working until I was 100% happy.

On our wedding day I was relaxed and calm knowing that I was in the hands of such professionals. Having them on-site at the hotel took so much stress out of the day and it was a great way to spend quality time with my girlfriends and family. They completed hair and makeup for all five bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law, and flower girl. Everyone looked stunning and I was so extremely happy with how my hair and makeup turned out. I never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day! I highly recommend Amanda Moran and Tracey Medorma!

I have been going to Mandi for years for my haircuts, so I knew I didn't want to get married in the Washington area without her services! :) I showed her one picture for an idea of what I wanted for the wedding, and she knew what would work for my hair and my personality. I wanted my shoulder-length hair down with loose curls and natural-looking makeup, and Mandi delivered on both. She allowed plenty of time so my getting ready was nice and relaxing. I would recommend her any day, not just for your wedding but also for your routine hairstyling.

AMAZING is the word that comes to mind when I look back on the hair and makeup services that Mandi and her colleague Tamara provided for me and my bridal party during my recent wedding.

Mandi and I had been introduced not long before I got engaged, and after seeing some of her work first hand, it was never a doubt that I would hire her for my wedding. I had a rather large bridal party (6 girls) and myself. Mandi and Tamara came to my house about a month before the big day to run through my trial with me. I had printed out some photos hoping to demonstrate the look that I was aiming for, and not only did it turn out amazing, I think I looked even more amazing then the celebrity that I was modeling after!!!

In all seriousness, my bridesmaids all were THRILLED with the outcome and despite the rainy/humid day we encountered; all of our hair and make-up lasted the entire 10+ hours that we were in the spotlight between photos and the services.

Mandi's professionalism, keen eye for beauty and responsiveness was unmatched by any of my other vendors. She is a pleasure to work with, and is open to suggestions. I had none for her, everything she did, she did with a smile on and added so much fun and character to the 4 hours we spent all getting ready.

Amanda was very professional, flexible and kind. She was very calming on the big day and made the prep time fun! She worked along with Tracey Madorma (make-up artist), they made a perfect team! Everyone in the wedding party described the look they were going for and Amanda gave them EXACTLY what they were imagining! I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone!!

Amanda was a fun gal to work with! She enjoyed what she did and had a spark and creativity that helped put me at ease! Mandi did an excellent job with all my girls hair. She works very fast but does a fantastic job. It was great having her come to the house! The trial helped us to get the exact look I was going for on my wedding day. I have already recommended Mandi to 2 engaged friends. I recommend booking her early!

Mandi was extremely accomodating in serving my large wedding party (9 bridesmaids and a bride). I spoke with her less than 3 months before the event and she was able to fit us into her schedule. Mandi came to my home to do my trial and I immediately loved the hair style we decided on. All of my girls looked beautiful and we had such a fun morning at my parents house getting ready for the big day. Mandi will do amazing work on any client she has!

From day 1 Mandi has proven her professionalism, hard-work, creativity, and dedication to our satisfaction and happiness. She was willing to come to Baltimore for my wedding and Rockville for my hair trials. Mandi does a wonderful job with updos and any dos and knows how to keep everyone calm. Mandi came to the hotel that day. Spent the late morning and early afternoon getting us ready. She never once rushed us or seemed hurried. I loved loved loved my makeup and hair. She used comb hairpieces I had purchased to give my fine hair more volume. The girls looked great too as did my mom. The only thing I would have liked is if we would have prepared for the weather better by using extra gel and hairspray.
