Ron of Always Focused on YOU photo did an exceptional job. We were married on a small 1930's boat on Lake Union in the evening and he did a great job of inside and outside photos with some unique photo shots that we LOVE! It was important to him that we enjoy our wedding and not make it all about just the photos, going for some formal shots, but also casual shots. He fit right in with our wedding group - was professional as needed, but also able to be casual when need be.
One thing I would recommend - which was something we should have done, but didn't think of doing - our bad. I recommend to give to the photographer to help him - help us - a list of photos you would like taken as there is only so much time - to get different poses with family/friends formal photowise.
Great photographer, great guy - highly recommended.

Definitely the best part of our wedding! My husband and I chose 'Always focused on you' as our wedding photographers after months of shopping around. After we saw their website and then met with them in person we were sold! They exuded professionalism while talking with them and they had the pictures and proofs to back it up. We also selected them for our engagement pictures and they turned out beautifully! After we received them we were certain that we made the right choice and that our wedding pictures would be wonderful. With Always Focused on You, we felt confident that they would take great care of us. Since the pictures were the most important part of the wedding for us, it was difficult to trust just anybody to take them. With their company our trust was definitely rewarded. Everyone raved about the pictures and loved looking at our website. Best of all during the wedding we didn't even notice them, but they managed to get the most spectacular shots without us even seeing them being taken! Everything from start to finish was excellent. They prepared us for things to remember for the big day, checked on us to make sure we weren't too stressed out and helped to make what could potentially have been one of the most stressful parts of the day, smooth and fun. One of the photographers even helped me get one of my bridesmaids into her dress!! They were so fun and professional. The wedding party had a great time working with them and the guests commented on their professional demeanor and superb quality work. We had a great time working with them and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have some peace of mind on their wedding day and beautiful pictures afterwards.

I have been singing Ron Shaw and Always Focused On You's praises all over town! They were so easy to work with, went above and beyond what we requested and expected. With their experience working with many weddings, they were full of helpful tips and advice for making things go smoothly. They were relaxed and professional on our wedding day, and the photos they got are stunning! I compared local photographers' offers before choosing this company, and they offered by far the best deal, you get so much more for your money... and I couldn't be happier with the results. Seriously, a professional photographer is the best financial investment you can make into your wedding... scrimp on the cake, the food, the flowers, the dress, anything else... all that will be soon forgotten, but you will treasure the pictures for the rest of your life. I decided to invest in good photography after hearing several friends and even my mother talk about how they had a friend or family member take pictures... and they were all dark, or blurry, or there weren't many good shots... Always Focused on You is worth EVERY DIME you pay for their services, you will be so happy for the rest of your life, that you chose them!

Our team of photographers was amazing from the day we booked them. They captured beautiful moments of our wedding day (from start to finish!) They made sure we received the posed pictures we wanted, but also blended in so well that they got the best shots of every moment of our day. They were like a part of the family and I can't imagine our day and memories with out them! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. It has been 5 months since our wedding and I honestly look at the photos every day still...they continue to take my breath away!

We were so happy with Ron and his team! They worked well to get us the types of shots we wanted, were flexible when not everything went as planned, and were very prompt in getting us the pictures. They were very unobtrusive in their methods, but the pictures were fabulous. We recommend them to anyone who is even thinking about getting married!

Every girl wants to looks beautiful when she looks back at her wedding pictures and, therefore, finding the right photographer is crucial. When we found Ron we knew our pictures would be magical - and they are! But our experience with Ron went way beyond just his ability to capture special and unique moments of our wedding day that made us love working with him.
Ron was a calming presence throughout the day, and helped me remember what was important and what to let go of so I could enjoy every second of the day. He is a romantic at heart and a technician by trade which served us well both during the day and later through his amazing skills in the digital enhancement of our pictures. There was one picture of us we loved which had another person in it. He was able to remove the person and provide us our dream picture which now hangs proudly on our wall. Ron is not only a wizard at photography but also a kind and generous soul - someone I call friend.
As I look back at our wedding album, I relive the story of the day and revel that everything that was meaningful to us was captured and brilliantly displayed in our album. I would not have changed my experience in working with Ron and Always-Focused-on-YOU. Not for the world.

'Always Focused' were more than happy to travel to us and planned on being there all day. And when they were ready to leave, they checked with us first. We got 300 more photos than what we signed the contract for & we loved that! Also, we got lots of sweet moments of me and my husband that were 'stolen moments'. That was a great surprise! Lots of angles taken and almost all our guests were captured. We love that we can remember who all was there.
The only complaint I would have is that my 'list' I filled out before the wedding was not followed. I didn't end up with a photo of just me and my mom...but Ron photo-shopped one together for us after the fact. I know it's not the same, but at least we have something from that day of the two of us! I appreciated that!
It was very hot on our wedding day and I feel that they did great despite the heat and all the craziness that's associated with a large wedding. I love my pictures and enjoyed working with Ron. He was professional and the fact that we didn't have to pay extra for 'all day' was awesome. The finished product is amazing & the quality of the photos and the attention to detail was above and beyond! Thank you Always!
