Al's Formal Wear was not the best. They measured my dad wrong told him to come back the next day and still didn't have his pants ready. One of the groomsman had a horrible shoe. He could not walk in it. Overall the service was horrible.

As someone who actually enjoys wearing suits and has for previous jobs. The quality of clothing to me just wasn't all that. They "sized" me and then when I got the clothes for the first fitting the sleeves were nowhere near long enough. If it wasn't for the fact that my groomsmen wouldn't have suits matching mine I would of been happier wearing one of my own suits I already have.

Al's Formal Wear was great! The tuxedo's looked awesome. The staff was very helpful. My husband changed his best man three times and they were able to accomodate a new tuxedo the day of the wedding!

Andrew was awesome, for us not knowing anything about tuxes, he explained everything, and was a great help, he knew us by face when we walked in the door, as many people as he sees throughout the day everyday, when we only come in once a few months or so, I thought that was awesome!!! I will always use Al's for my formal needs.

April and Reuben's review: We had groomsmen from all over Texas and the many locations of Al's made it possible for our men to get their tuxes in their cities. Another good thing was that all of the tuxes could be delivered to any one Al's which was also perfect because some of our wedding party were not leaving until late Sunday or Monday. A few complaints I have: All of my brothers are football players which means they are larger than the average man; I disliked the fact that they only took the pants size and that measurement determined the jacket size, INCORRECT on so many levels. 2. The fact that you cannot pick your tux up until the day before obviously created some problems for us. 3. (This is only directed at the location we went to to try to fix the mistake) The customer service we received was very poor, we were not the ones who made the mistakes and should not have been treated as such. Fortunately my attitude showed that this service was NOT going to cut it and the mistakes needed to be fixed in a timely manner. All in all, the men looked great and the salesmen and women did a good job in fixing their mistakes.
