  A flawless wedding experience from start to finish

  Erin, my wedding planner, deserves nothing short of an absolutely glowing review! From the moment I embarked on the journey of planning my dream wedding, Erin was there with me every step of the way, from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide through this incredibly special time in my life.
  
  What set Erin apart was her unwavering commitment to ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Her monthly check-ins, meticulous attention to detail, and remarkable organizational skills made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. I never once felt overwhelmed because she was always there to keep us on track and ensure that every task was completed in a timely manner.
  
  Erin's ability to handle the logistics of the wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. From seamlessly coordinating with vendors to managing the set-up and clean-up, I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I was able to fully immerse myself in the joy of the moment, knowing that Erin and her team had everything under control.

  Couldn’t have had such a successful wedding without Erin!

  My now husband and I worked with Erin for a year leading up to our wedding! She is absolutely fabulous to work with! We enjoyed all of our monthly meetings and always felt like we were on track. Nothing was ever missed! Planning a wedding is stressful and I can’t even begin to explain what a relief it was to have that much-needed peace of mind all year long. Erin was in constant contact with all of our vendors making sure everyone was always on the same page, aware of our wedding day timeline, and in the loop when any changes were made. Erin is also really easy to get a hold of. She was always quick to answer our calls and texts if any questions came up. A couple months out from the wedding, I started getting a little stressed and anxious about the big day, as any normal bride does, and Erin was always there to calm my nerves and there to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. And everything sure was! Our wedding was a huge success! Everything ran so smoothly, and if anything went wrong, my husband and I definitely weren’t aware of it! We could not have had the successful wedding we did without Erin’s help. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding - or any event. She is not only great at what she does but is also really fun, caring, and thoughtful. Thank you for everything this past year, Erin!

  What can I say...HIRE ALLORA EVENT DESIGNS NOW! You will be so thankful you did!

  My daughter was recently married at The Club at Ruby Hill. Since she and her soon to be husband were living a very busy life in New York, I happily took the lead on their local bay area wedding planning and hired Erin to help! Can I just tell you that we got so lucky to have found Erin. From the very beginning, she was very honest and helped me decide on the perfect planning package for us. And for those several months leading up to the wedding, Erin answered EVERY question, guided us masterfully, tamed my anxiety when needed (LOL), and did everything in her power to help build the "dream team" of vendors for the wedding day. Never did I question if we had made the right decision in hiring Erin. She is truly AMAZING at her job and is such a wonderful person as well!
  
  I used to manage event planning for a tech company, so I have a tendency to want to control these things. On the day of the wedding, I can honestly say that I confidently handed over ALL of the control to Erin and her team. With all of my trust in her, I had nothing to do on the wedding day except enjoy it. They did an incredible job making sure that all of the moving parts were aligned perfectly. I really can't say enough about the care Erin puts into her work. One hundred percent, hire Allora Event Designs!!! You will be so happy that you did! :)

  Erin is the. Best!

  Erin is THE. BEST. Hands down. We hired Erin as our day of coordinator but she was SO MUCH MORE than that. Erin kept us on track as we planned our wedding one year out and made sure to meet with us monthly to check in as our wedding day approached. She has tons of experience, is professional, and was always so easy to get in touch with - she is just a genuinely sweet person who is there to make sure your wedding day is special . She also gave us a TON of recommendations for vendors as we were planning our wedding.
  
  We got married in Lake Tahoe on 9/16/22 and ended up having the unfortunate situation of a forest fire being close by over our wedding weekend. Erin was so supportive during the week and helpful in getting in touch with our vendors about the last minute changes. On our wedding day my husband and I literally worried about nothing and had the most amazingly happy and smooth day -- and we have Erin to thank for that! We cant thank you enough :)

  Organized, connected, lovely to work with

  We opted for the Allora Signature Experience (Full planning) and were so happy we did. There are few people who can do what Erin does, the way she does it. She has the passion, connections, organization and people skills to make your event spectacular! If you want a wonderful wedding planner, hire Allora Events - you won’t be disappointed.

  Excellent Wedding Planning!

  We are so happy we went with Allora Event Designs to execute our wedding day! She was a preferred vendor at Ruby Hill .Our initial meeting with Erin showed us that she really knew was she was doing, she had everything outlined for us and was very organized. She always promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had and was of course prompt for our rehearsal and wedding day.
  
  Erin understood what vision I was going for and executed it exactly how I had imagined. She was in close contact with all our vendors, created a clear timeline of how the day panned out, and everything seemed to work out smoothly.
  Erin knows Ruby Hill inside out due to the amount of events she's planned there. So if youre planning to have a wedding there... you know who to go to.
  
  I would definitely recommend Allora Event Designs to anyone I know looking for an event coordinator!

  Erin is the real deal!!

  We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding from 2021 to 2022, and Erin offered her insight and immediately managed the communication with all of our vendors to ensure a smooth transition.
  
  During the planning itself, Erin was genuinely happy to offer her honest opinions on what works well and what does not without being intrusive when we had to make a final decision. Erin is also very well connected with all sorts of local vendors such as rentals, cake/dessert, and entertainment. This connection she had allowed for her to promptly receive and forward updates to me and my wife. Erin even made time to visit a rental vendor with us to help us choose our linens and decor!
  
  As our wedding day got closer, we were impressed with how organized and diligent Erin was with keeping us on task. If there was something we were having trouble with, she would guide us through it so we felt comfortable with the end result. The regular meetings we had were easy and fun.
  
  Erin truly SHINED during the wedding. Our plan was to have our 6 month old daughter be our flower girl, but she was not in a good mood at all which threw off our whole plan. However, Erin was quick to keep us calm, offer suggestions, while again making us feel empowered to make our own decision which led to an amazing outcome (without throwing off the timeline!). Erin nailed the ambiance, flow, and vibe that we always dreamed of and we received unsolicited compliments from our guests on how fun and smooth the wedding was.
  
  Thank you Erin - Janelle and I will always look back fondly at our special day and you were a HUGE part of making that happen.

  Amazing Wedding Planner!

  Erin is THE most amazing planner and just a joy to work with. She is the definition of a professional and made me feel at such ease throughout my time working with her. She is communicative, prompt with her responses, and beyond efficient. My vision for our wedding was for us to just show up the day of and be present, and Erin and her team ensured that this happened. I was not at all stressed on my wedding day, and I know a huge part of that is because of Erin working hard behind the scenes. All of my family and bridal party commented on how kind and personable Erin is (and how rare this is when dealing with day of coordinators/planners), and my husband and I couldn’t agree more! I would recommend Erin to anyone with no reservations. We were so happy with how our wedding turned out, and our guests commented on it being one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to! 10/10 recommend! :)

  5/5 would recommend Erin!

  My husband and I recently got married at The Club at Ruby Hill and our wedding was a dream come true! TBH, I initially tried my best to convince my husband not to have a full-on wedding because it would be so much work and too complicated to plan - that all changed after we met Erin. We wouldn't have been able to pull it all off without her. She is SO incredibly amazing at her job - super thorough, incredibly friendly, detail oriented, very responsive, experienced, but also very flexible and accommodating. I wanted to have control over a lot of the planning aspects but needed someone to help us stay organized and execute all the logistics, and ensure things would go smoothly the day-of. Erin was able to build out a customized plan for us and work with us the weeks before our wedding and really made us feel at ease and less stressed. I loved that she was able to offer her opinion and vision without being pushy, and supported what we wanted for our wedding.
  
  She had answers and solutions to literally ALL our concerns! We asked Erin a ton of questions on our ceremony details, reception schedule, party favors, floor plan, etc and she offered so many great tips and we really appreciated her expertise. There were things we never would've thought of but Erin was proactive in sharing tips and reminders so we wouldn't forget anything. Before the wedding, we gave Erin a laundry list of everything we needed set up and every little detail of our wedding and she was able to execute flawlessly and efficiently! Many of our guests were also impressed by Erin and complimented on how organized and on top of everything she was.
  
  We absolutely loved all our vendors but Erin was definitely the one who made the magic happen - you can really tell that she loves her job because she puts so much thought and love into everything and makes sure that her clients are happy. The whole time working with her, we felt like we were her only clients because she was so generous with her time and made sure we felt good about everything.

  Working with Erin was the best decision we made for our wedding!

  Erin is phenomenal!  Working with her was the first and best decision we made in planning our intimate 20-person wedding.  We ultimately cancelled due to COVID, but we have no doubt that the event would have been great mainly due to her work.  Even though our wedding was small, we knew that it would still take a lot of time and hassle to plan it, especially since we had no experience with parties or weddings.  Erin made the process so much easier and more fun, taking care of the nitty-gritty details and letting us really think about the kind of day we wanted to share with our family and friends.  We booked her partial planning package and felt that she went above and beyond throughout.  She provided us an overall timeline and had monthly check-in calls with us to help us ensure everything was on track.  She was extremely flexible in scheduling these calls and was also always available by email/text/phone if we had any questions between check-ins.  During the pandemic, we rescheduled our wedding multiple times; each time, Erin helped us contact all of our vendors and coordinate the complex logistics.
  
  We were very appreciative (and in awe) of how she easily adapted her work to exactly what we wanted.  Her recommendations for vendors (catering, photography, music, etc.) were always spot-on and saved us so much time in screening dozens of options for each (which we had done when choosing our wedding planner).  For decisions that were important to us (like food), she left everything fully up to us.  When we had trouble figuring out decor for the ceremony, she brainstormed a variety of ideas that worked with the overall atmosphere we had in mind and ultimately helped us figure out something we loved.  For items that weren't very important to us, she happily took the lead and ensured that those elements perfectly matched our overall style.  When other vendors would suggest upgrades or additional items, she helped give us realistic advice on what would really contribute to our event and what was unnecessary.  In short, my partner and I always felt that Erin worked in perfect attunement with our vision (despite some of our nontraditional choices), never pushing us towards a different style.
  
  Erin proved herself knowledgeable, organized, flexible, responsive, and reliable throughout our planning process, and we know she would have coordinated our wedding flawlessly.  Beyond that, she is truly a kind, warm, and lovely person, exactly who you and your partner would want on your wedding day.  We would absolutely recommend Erin and Allora for your wedding/event planning!

  Erin is phenomenal!  Working with her was the first and best decision we made in planning our intimate 20-person wedding.  We ultimately cancelled due to COVID, but we have no doubt that the event would have been great mainly due to her work.  Even though our wedding was small, we knew that it would still take a lot of time and hassle to plan it, especially since we had no experience with parties or weddings.  Erin made the process so much easier and more fun, taking care of the nitty-gritty details and letting us really think about the kind of day we wanted to share with our family and friends.  We booked her partial planning package and felt that she went above and beyond throughout.  She provided us an overall timeline and had monthly check-in calls with us to help us ensure everything was on track.  She was extremely flexible in scheduling these calls and was also always available by email/text/phone if we had any questions between check-ins.  During the pandemic, we rescheduled our wedding multiple times; each time, Erin helped us contact all of our vendors and coordinate the complex logistics.
  
  We were very appreciative (and in awe) of how she easily adapted her work to exactly what we wanted.  Her recommendations for vendors (catering, photography, music, etc.) were always spot-on and saved us so much time in screening dozens of options for each (which we had done when choosing our wedding planner).  For decisions that were important to us (like food), she left everything fully up to us.  When we had trouble figuring out decor for the ceremony, she brainstormed a variety of ideas that worked with the overall atmosphere we had in mind and ultimately helped us figure out something we loved.  For items that weren't very important to us, she happily took the lead and ensured that those elements perfectly matched our overall style.  When other vendors would suggest upgrades or additional items, she helped give us realistic advice on what would really contribute to our event and what was unnecessary.  In short, my partner and I always felt that Erin worked in perfect attunement with our vision (despite some of our nontraditional choices), never pushing us towards a different style.
  
  Erin proved herself knowledgeable, organized, flexible, responsive, and reliable throughout our planning process, and we know she would have coordinated our wedding flawlessly.  Beyond that, she is truly a kind, warm, and lovely person, exactly who you and your partner would want on your wedding day.  We would absolutely recommend Erin and Allora for your wedding/event planning!

  Erin helped us through every step of wedding planning and was there running the show on the day of to make sure everything went as planned; and it did! We have nothing but positive things to say about her and her amazing team. I cannot recommend Allora enough; it's a no-brainer if you want the perfect wedding or event.

  Day went seamlessly

  My friend spoke highly of Erin and team so we decided to have a call, then ultimately, to work with her. In the first call, she impressed us by being the only vendor to respect our wishes around having a hybrid wedding where we wanted to splurge on some items, but keep others under a budget. For example, Erin suggested not renting a sound system and crew, but rather using a bluetooth speaker for our first dance - which worked out great. We stayed in close touch before the wedding, and she took the time to go above and beyond, visiting the site, staying on top of all the vendor details, and continuing to make thoughtful suggestions given our specific wedding. To give you a sense for how integral Erin was to our wedding, thanks to her help and intros we found our photographer, rental place, florist, and musician! We literally wouldn't have had the perfect wedding we did had it not been for her. Last thing I'll say is on the day of, as a bride, I wasn't even aware of everything she and team did - which I appreciated!!! I was crazy stressed with other things, so the fact that Erin silently took care of the florist, the table settings, putting away all the chairs after the ceremony, collected the bouquets and displayed them, displayed our ketuba, lit the candles, and a host of many other things I'm sure I still don't even know about is everything!!   Above and beyond!

  Hiring Erin was one of the best decision we’ve made in regards to our wedding! Just the idea of planning a wedding started to stress me out. Erin made it all easy. I originally came to her wanting to ask her to be a Day of Coordinator…and I’m so glad she turned that idea down. She made us understand that as a wedding planner, you work behind the scenes and it’ll just make more sense to walk through the planning together. She’s just so friendly, we felt that our monthly meetings was just a hang out with one of our friends to talk wedding deets. 
  
  She’s very organized and really made sure our vision came to life. I get a little emotional thinking about it, but Erin really did that. Our vendors, wedding decor, wedding party, logistics… ALL of it were all taken care of and we owe Erin so much for making sure of it.

  Great wedding planner in the East Bay!

  TL/DR - Erin is a fantastic planner and coordinator! You'd be in excellent hands partnering with her for your wedding (or other event).
  
  My husband and I are two professionals in tech with a COVID puppy. After getting engaged, our priority was to minimize the stresses of planning a wedding during a pandemic, in less than 12 months. That meant hiring a planner! We interviewed 4 planners and landed on Erin because she was professional and fun, provided value to us during our consultation with ideas she thought would work well for our wedding, and her overall personality was a fit to work with us through the ups and downs of COVID wedding planning.
  
  --> Side note: We went with her middle package (more than day-of, but not full planning). In retrospect, we wish we'd paid for full planning! She's that good and it would've taken more off our plate. If your budget allows, we recommend this to all our friends now.
  
  Erin really proved to be a great hire! One very important contribution was vendor recommendations. There are SO MANY professionals out there it can be overwhelming on your own, but Erin has a great idea of which vendors suited our particular vision. Our contract included contract reviews and some vendor management, which also helped us a lot! Towards the end, we were able to tell her changes we wanted (example extra linens) and she'd work with our rental company for us, saving us extra calls.
  
  She has some good organization tools to support you (i.e. lists and trackers). I was really impressed when it came to the day-of coordination stuff as she uses good software to manage this important information.
  
  When it came to weekend of coordination, she really outdid herself. My maid of honor said it was the most organized and tightly run rehearsal she'd ever been to! And on the day of the wedding, we trusted her and her team to handle any of the things that pop up. In fact, the wind picked up as I walked down the aisle and my veil got caught on my shoe. Erin ran up and saved the day. There's no problem she can't solve!
  
  And lastly, when you work with someone for close to a year, it's hard not to feel they are friends! We got to bond over dogs and favorite wineries. If we ever have a party in the bay area that requires event planning, we'll reach out to our favorite planner!

  We can’t say enough good things about Erin! She came through for us in a very uncertain time and, because of her, we had the most beautiful, intimate, and seamless wedding day.
  
  We began planning our wedding before the pandemic had begun; we had a tight budget, yet were fairly particular, and Erin spent countless hours guiding us through money considerations, vendor references, quotes, and counseling us on creative ways to think about making the most of our day. The wedding planning process is difficult to navigate, but we knew we were in good hands with Erin, who made sure she was respecting our core wishes about the style of our wedding. It’s all the more impressive because we were probably difficult to work with and had a hard time following through on tasks - but Erin kept us on track.
  
  Then, the pandemic began and we had to make rounds of adjustments to our plans and our expectations. Erin calmly talked us through all sorts of possibilities and helped us to move forward on a fairly last-minute plan to execute our wedding day dream at our original ceremony site, but with different plans for meals and guest accommodations. We married in a beautiful ceremony with our immediate family, and Erin made sure everything worked perfectly—she set us up with a wonderful floral artist, worked with the venue (which was closed at the time we married) to set up chairs, etc. for the ceremony, and coordinated with our photographer and restaurant to make sure the timing, the look, the feel, and the magic was all very much in place.
  
  We could NOT have done it without Erin. She was our wedding angel and she made sure we had a gorgeous and easy wedding day after navigating us through the pandemic wedding landscape with grace, humor, and confidence. We are so lucky to have had Erin! Anyone would be so lucky!

  Amazing!

  AMAZING! That’s what I have to say about Allora Event Designs. It is no easy task to smoothly organize and execute a wedding with grace, style and elegance. That is exactly what Erin and her team accomplished. We recently worked with them in SF on a wedding for a beautiful couple. There are so many moving parts to an event that you need a team with confidence, knowledge and hustle to pull it off. Job well done Allora! It was a pleasure to be a part of such an awesome event with you! You made the day that much better with your leadership. All I can say is HIRE THEM! You need them now!

  I hate weddings and Allora made me love mine

  I have to be honest: I didn't want to have a wedding. The thought of hosting a lot of people, figuring out a multitude of inconsequential details (like flowers, lighting, linens, etc.) made the whole process seem so daunting that I didn't want to have a wedding when I could just go to the courthouse. I know my idea is an unpopular one, but why get lost in the details when the whole reason you get married is to make some nice promises to the person you love?
  Enter: Erin and Allora Events. She made the entire process seem just so... simple, that I never had to think twice about any of the wedding details that I otherwise would have loathed to do. She was the point-of-contact for all the vendors, took care of all the timing of events, and on the day-of, everything went off without a hitch-- to the point where I could just focus on the day and actually enjoy myself. We were able to do everything we wanted to do on our wedding day, and it was ultimately so much fun. I cannot recommend Allora enough, even for those folks like me who just want to have a nice day and check the pinterest-party-details at the door. Do it right, do what you want, and have Allora take care of the day. You won't regret it.

  Erin is the best!

  Erin was the planner for our wedding and was absolutely amazing. We met her at a venue open house and really liked how nice and down to earth she was. I knew that getting help on planning our big day was probably the right way to go. So once we nailed down our date and booked our venue, we looked at wedding planners. We talked with a number of planners and Erin stood out as someone that was super easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very responsive and helpful. Even though we live in different parts of the Bay Area, she was happy to meet with us to go over her services and what we envisioned for our wedding. We decided to book her for partial planning.
  
  Your planner is the person that you will spend the most time with in the months coming up to your wedding, and we are so glad that we picked Erin. She was always super supportive of what we wanted, very organized, had great advice, and was realistic with us about what would and wouldn’t work well.. She went the extra mile meeting with us one-on-one as well as with some key vendors. She set up regular calls with us to go over how we were progressing and what our milestones should be. She helped make sure we were staying on track and encouraging us every step of the way. Her advice and recommendations aided us when making final decisions for other vendors.
  
  Erin ran our rehearsal and was the coordinator for our wedding day. She led the rehearsal smoothly, answering everyone’s questions, and making sure we all knew what would happen. And she handled our wedding day with an unmatched professionalism, running everything smoothly behind the scenes and checking in with us to make the night go smoothly and according to plan. Our ceremony was outside and dinner inside--and while we planned to have cocktail hour and cake cutting outside, she wisely suggested we move those parts of the night inside and made it happen with minimal interruptions to us. Erin is quick thinking on her feet, super organized, and had great ideas to make the night go really well.
  
  Erin is a professional, friendly, organized planner that you can’t go wrong booking. We really appreciate all that she did to make our wedding go smoothly and know she could do it for your big day too.

Erin met with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was on track and was always available by phone/text if wended her. She took away any stress we had and made the day of everything my daughter and her husband wanted. We couldn't have been happier with everything she did for us. She recommended amazing vendors and her and her team turned out backyard into a beautiful venue for the celebration. And on top of that Erin is just a very nice person.
