Sorry to hear you were dissapointed with our services. I would like to respond to the your concerns. Regarding the music, of the 10 songs requested, 2 didn't get played. I apoligize for that. A good majority of your guests requests did get played, if they didn't get played it was because of time contstraints, they had requested multiple songs and I had requests from other guests that I wanted to play to be fair or it did not fit in with the direction the music I was going.

As I mentioned to you prior to the wedding. Depending on the set up of the room the Name In Lights was going to be on the dancefloor or above the head table. - The dance floor was the only good option. To place the Name in Lights above the head table, required the fixture and tripod to be placed at the edge of the dance floor, which would have been dangerous and have obstructed the view of the head table. Or place the fixture off to the side, unfortunately the height of the flower arrangements obstructed the light. The side walls have lighting fixtures that would have obstructed the light and would have looked out place, the back wall was not an option.

Regarding being rude to your guests, I not exactly sure how I was rude to them. If Matt felt I was rude to him I'm surprised, I remember three interactions with him, once he requested some music for you, again to ask me to extend an extra half hour and at the end of the night to hug me.
