Oh my gosh, I cannot write enough good things about this location!

I did my dress shopping over a year ago and the girl was so great I still remember her name. Erin was just incredible, she was fun and listened to everything I wanted. I wanted color and lace and sparkles and a corset back. I didn't want a mermaid gown and I loved A-line gowns.

I went in with NO idea what I wanted at first, I told Erin to bring me her favorites and she went nuts. We went through 15 dresses before she brought me one that was unlike anything I had ever seen. It only had a few things I wanted: sparkles and color. She told me to try it before I knock it out.

I put it on and almost cried. It was amazing. She had spent enough time with us to figure out what I would like and chose a winner, my dress was incredible. It was totally unique, a style only released to the Tucson store, very whimsical and playful and sparkly and gorgeous. I couldn't have dreamed I would have gone for this dress on my own.

Accidentally, she found my bridesmaid's dress when she showed us different colors. It was just a great time. I didn't feel rushed, I felt attended to and focused on. She was really a GREAT saleswoman and I will tell everyone I know to go there first.

Additionally, literally they DAY OF my wedding my hair flowers went missing. I showed up and was like
"I need something, I get married in 4 hours." and they girls just snapped to attention, listened to what I said, rushed into the back, and found me the perfect tiara. In retrospect, I feel as though the tiara they helped me procure was a much better choice, I was so much happier. Mostly, I was impressed by their rushing to help me and being so enthusiastic and kind. They were really congratulatory and made me feel like they knew I was walking on eggshells and running in circles, they wasted no time to help.

I really loved this store and all of the women in it, I had a fantastic dress and an amazing day and they helped INFINITELY!!!!

I had a great experience shopping for my dress and picking out accessories. The store was very flexible with shipping issues that came up as well!

I found my dream dress at this store, it was PERFECT!! I must say that the staff treated me well being the bride. However, once I got my dress the minute that I put it on beading started falling off, and the lace with the beading on it is seperating from the material of the dress. They also told me at the time that I picked it up I'd be better off taking it elsewhere for alterations as it was too close to my wedding date!! My Bridesmaids however, had terrible experiences....my brother had to bring his daughter to the store 3 times for alterations on a dress that she was sized for. Also, they ordered the older girls dresses in the wrong sizes.....and then they all had to pay pretty hefty for alterations!! I loved my dress and it was beautiful and was glad I found it there, however I would never work with them again, nor would I refer anyone I know to them.

I had a terrible experience with this store. My first visit was great, I came in, tried on dresses, found the one I wanted, and because it was still a while before my wedding, they registered me in their system and we decided to wait until closer to the actual date (I was hoping to lose some weight). When we came back to order the dress (a two hour drive from my house), the sales woman told us that my dress had been discontinued months ago and that there was no hope of getting it in the color I wanted at this point. I was very upset that no one had thought to tell me this ahead of time when I called to make the 2nd appointment and they verified which dress I was coming down to order, but nevertheless I decided to go on with the appointment and try to find a new dress. They were helpful during this process, but it all went downhill from there. After finding a new dress and ordering it (once they had our money) customer service went out the window. We ordered a pair of shoes in the store and sent them off to be dyed because they told us that they were the only ones who could make sure the color matches perfectly. The shoes came in, I drove another 2 hours down to the store, only to find out they were still WHITE. Nobody had checked the shoes before they called me, first of all, AND nobody seemed to care or notice that these shoes could only be dyed white or ivory NOT any of the alfred angelo colors as I had been told. The workers were clearly not trained as to which shoes could be dyed in which way and the manager didn't even seem to know what was going on until 2 days later. Their attitude was unacceptable and they tried to pass the blame to anyone and everyone INCLUDING me and my mom! Shoes may seem like a small detail, and they should have been, but they turned this into a huge fiasco that left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I will NEVER refer anyone to this store and I am so glad I took my dress elsewhere to get altered - another bride told me they charged her almost half what her dress cost to get alterations done! This place is only after your money and once they get it, they do not care how they treat you from then on. If I could do it all over again, I would go to the store to try on their selection of dresses and then go to a local boutique that is a certified seller of alfred angelo and give my business to anyone but this store.

I loved my experience at Alfred Angelo in Tucson. The ladies were all very helpful, and even pulled a dress off a mannequin for me to try! There was a slight mistake in ordering the wrong color for my dress, but they corrected it right away and fed exed the correct dress to my house. I'd recommend them again and again for wedding dresses and bridesmaid attire!

I had the pleasure of working with Mary (one of Alfred Angelo's wedding associates) and she was very helpful. I found my wedding dress at this location as well as the bridesmaids dresses. As for the quality of the bridesmaids dresses several of them came apart in terms of the thread used. I really didn't like the fact that when my bridesmaids had alterations done they had to fix certain pieces of the dress. Other than that, I really recommend if you are looking for a very beautiful dress for a great price Alfred Angelo is the place to go.

I am so glad I got my dress at Alfred Angelo! On my first trip, I was so impressed by their service. My bridesmaids, mom, and I had a great time trying on several dresses. The sales lady was helpful without being pushy.
On later trips, they were just as helpful and accommodating. I tried on my dress a few times before I bought it, and the people at Alfred Angelo seemed more interested in helping me make the right choice than in buying a dress from their store.
I was pleased with the quality of my dress, and loved, loved, loved wearing it on my wedding day. It was slightly more than I wanted to pay for a dress, but worth paying a little extra for.

My dress was beautiful, I loved it! We did run into some problems working with Alfred Angelo though. When I came back with my bridesmaids to find their dresses, they couldn't find my account - my last name was entered slightly wrong and it took over an hour for them to find me. Also alterations were pretty pricey - almost half the cost of my dress. Part of that was $70 to fix the hem of the dress - not to take it up, the length was fine, but to even it out because the actual dress hem was not uniform - it was longer on one side than the other. I felt that it was a bit ridiculous that I had to pay to fix a brand new dress that had something wrong with it. But the staff was helpful and did their best - sometimes they just seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. But they weren't pushy which I liked.

I really liked the store, it was very clean and organized. Each time I was there I had a consultant who worked with me to try on dresses-I shopped for both wedding dresses here and bridesmaids dresses. I loved my dress and got it at a great price. I was pleased with the alterations also.

I originally found my dress unexpectedly while visiting an Alfred Angelo location in Las Vegas. The staff there was wonderful, but I ended up not making the purchase there since I didn't feel flying back and forth for fitting/alterations would have been feasible. I chose to go to the nearest Alfred Angelo to my home, which ended up being in Tucson, Arizona. Originally, the sales person I worked with was very friendly and helpful. However, once I purchased the dress and returned for alterations, she never spoke to me again. I also was a little disappointed in observing the way many (not all) of the other salespersons at the store handled themselves -- less professional than I would have expected. There seemed to be a lot of confusion regarding my order and the pieces (veil and headpiece) I had purchased. They were not able to easily track them down. I also had to call the store to ask if my dress was in for alterations, because after 8 weeks I hadn't heard anything from them. It turns out, my dress had been in for several weeks and they claim they called me. Thankfully, they had not shipped my dress back to the maker, as their contract states they will do if they don't hear anything back within a certain amount of days. The alterations went very well. They use an independent contractor for alterations and she got it right the first time. However, it was very pricy. I feel they are able to do this because they know you will pay a higher price since if you take it elsewhere for alterations they won't guarantee it. Overall, I was very happy with my wedding dress itself.

They where great to me being the bride and all but to my bridesmaids they where very short to talk with and rude everytime they came in.

I'm happy with the service I received from the Tucson Alfred Angelo store. I went in with about 5 dresses picked out to try on. The associate who helped me was very nice and had lots of tips and suggestions for me. I was having trouble choosing between 2 dresses and had tried each of them on twice already. The store manager started asking me questions and had me try on each dress for a third time! After talking to me she said she noticed that I had a whole different body language in the dress that I ended up choosing! She noticed that I stood up straighter and was more animated in the first dress. She really knows her business and helped me with my final decision! I was very pleased with the service I received and I even took my bridesmaids there to get their dresses as well!
Just make sure you schedule an appointment to make sure you get dedicated service.

I loved my dress. The dress was not my problem with Alfred Angelo. The biggest problem that I had with the vendor was that they were not professional or consistent. I ordered my dress and was told that it would be here within 6-8 weeks. When I called 6 weeks later they told me that it was scheduled to ship within 2 weeks and I would have it by the beginning of September. I called at the end of first week of September they told me that I had to have been miss informed and that my dress would not be in until the beginning of October. That was 1 month before my wedding. They promised a call. I eventually called them and they told me my dress had been sitting in the back for a week. THEY NEVER CALLED. Similar situations happened with my bridesmaids dresses. In fact one dress didn't come until the thursday before the wedding! Thank goodness for an amazing seamstress!

I had a wonderful experience with Alfred Angelo picking out my wedding dress-- the staff was helpful and the delivery time was amazingly fast. I chose the bridesmaids dresses through the store partially because I could get my bridesmaids a discount (and those are always good!) Unfortunately, this store does not handle out of state orders well. Most of my girls got their dresses within weeks of the wedding (having ordered five months in advance), and so they had to find rush alterations-- at least two of the girls were ordered the wrong size! The dresses themselves were beautiful, and were easily altered, which was helpful with the time crunch. Still, I would not go back to this particular Alfred Angelo salon-- they're a newer store, and hopefully will be able to work the bugs out of the system, but it likely won't be soon.
