While I LOVE my dress, it is the ONLY thing that I love from my experience at Alfred Angelo in Garland, TX. To start, I made my appointment for 10 on a Saturday morning. They called me the day before my appointment to tell me they aren't open at that time and rescheduled me for 11. When I show at 11, they say they don't take appointments until 12, and then they argued with me on rather or not I even made an appointment. The very first dress I tried on was the dress, but I wanted to make sure so I made a second appointment that following weekend- this time I made it with the assistant manager thinking it'd actually get put in the books. Wrong. I showed up for my appointment and the same thing happened... the assistant manager then confessed that she just forgot to write it down. So, I order my dress, and when it comes in, there's a small coffee stain on the backside and a few snags on the front. The lady tried to tell me that it's just a side effect of mass production and that the stain will come out very easily with soap and water. Beyond frustrated, I left with my stained and snagged dress and figured it would just work itself out. Finally, I ended up taking it to another local Alfred Angelo (Frisco) which was MUCH better. They were very helpful and even bent their store policy for me by agreeing to alter my dress after I took it somewhere else. I love the dresses at AA, but I advise avoiding the Garland location. They aren't very professional.

I bought my dress at Alfred Angelo in Garland and the staff was very helpful. I lived in Tulsa, OK and was still able to work with both the Garland store and the Tulsa store to get all dress, accessories and bridesmaids items taken care of.

I got my dress and bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo and loved the dresses themselves. They were all beautiful, and since they're in multiple states my bridesmaids didn't have any issues ordering their dresses. The biggest problem I have is the alterations. Not only was it going to cost me almost three times as much to get my dress altered there, but they only have alterations specific days in the middle of the day. For someone that works from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM, getting out to Garland in this time is not an option. It did lead me to get my alterations done at A Bridal Blossom (which was amazing).

Overall, the dresses are great, the prices are good, the accessories are over priced as is the alterations if you can manage to get there in time for them.

I had a wonderful experience at Alfred Angelo in Firewheel Town Center in Garland, TX. My consultant, Peri, was amazing and made the dress appointment fun. This was our final stop for the day and I knew I found my dress the moment I put it on. Peri was super knowledgeable and made me feel so special. I loved my dress and got so many compliments on it. I would definitely use them again!

I had a pleasant experience with this location (at Firewheel Mall), not too much to say because everything went smoothly. I walked in without an appointment, was seen right away, tried on a few dresses, placed my order that same day and the dress was available for pick up in under 2 months....no complaints here!

I am thankful that they were willing to help me fix my dress but the seamstress messed up my dress the first time by taking it in an inch too much. Thankfully there was someone there a day later to fix it but I had to go out of my way to get it fixed.

I love my dress, it's perfect and beautiful and great value for the money. The only complaint I have with Alfred Angelo, big complaint, is the alterations. The alteration lady was a bitch and the cost was as much as the dress and they didn't even get it right on the first time. Didn't go back there to get my dress cleaned!!

I bought my dress about a year in advance and my girls got theirs very early as well but at the last minute I had some critical changes in the wedding party!!! Alfred Angelo was amazing and so supportive and did everything they could to help make sure everything was perfect...Their attentiveness was incredible...we got our invitations there as well and they were STUNNING!!! Great place I would recommend it to anyone....(Much nicer staff than DB)

I bought my dress here (at the garland location) a few months ago and was very pleased with my service. I got a beautiful dress for $200 cheaper than the listed price. The woman who helped me was so nice...her boss was "trying to sell me a dress" nice but my actual sales lady was very honest and helpful. My dress came in EARLY and it was in great condition (as expected).

Knowing what I know now though...I would have not bought from a big retail outlet like Alfred Angelo or Davids Bridal until it was a last resort. Trunk and Bridal shows would be the way to go!! You can get AMAZING deals. Oh well, still love my dress :)

I bought my wedding dress, veil, garter and hair comb from the Alfred Angelo store at Firewheel mall. All of the sales reps were really nice and my personal rep, Melva, even came in on her day off when she knew I was coming to buy the dress. While I feel their dresses are reasonable, the veils and accessories are overpriced--but they do give you 15% off if you buy your dress. My veil took longer to come in than I wanted but my dress came in almost a full 2 months early than what they quoted--and I was expected to pick it up immediately and pay the balance due. The sales reps were knowledgeable, patient and very helpful when I was ready to select a veil to go with the dress. When I came with my MOH to look for her dress, they let me try on the sample of my dress with her so we could see how it all looked together, which was very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

When I realized that I wasn't ever going to get into my dream dress I was devastated. I had found the perfect dress and I didn't want to shop anywhere else. My mother suggested that we just go in and look at Alfred Angelo's in Garland located in the Firewheel Mall area. I was reluctant, but I agreed to go in. I had a few dresses picked out and not much time since I was getting married in two months. I was told that in this type of emergency they would sell me a dress off the rack if I found one that I liked, or they would try to locate one in the warehouse. Typically you have to order your dress months in advance.

I found a dress that I liked, but it was in the wrong color. They were just about to look it up in the warehouse when the store manager walked in with a dress in my color, my size, and it was brand new because the bride who had originally ordered it cancelled. It was definitely meant to be. I snatched it up and made arrangements to alter it.

Everyone at Alfred Angelo was a dream to work with. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want to (even though I really didn't have time to "go home and think about it"). I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a low pressure, high quality wedding dress experience.

Alfred Angelo was where my Bridesmaids and flower girl got there dresses.

I loved they matched my color that I picked from another vendor.

What I was not pleased with was the measurements taken for 2 of the three were wrong. They only fixed one dress the other one we had to take to a seamstress. The one that did not get fixed also paid for a rush, which was additional money.
Not having alterations on site was not good.

Over all I was pleased once we got everything together.

The dress we got was absolutely beautiful, a dream. However, the members of the staff (at the Garland and Frisco stores) were extremely rude and stuck up. When I went in to ask questions I was greeted with "oh, here is Miss ____, she wants something" and treated me like I was wasting their time. Also, do NOT have your alterations done there! They were very unhelpful and were going to charge as much or more than the dress originally cost! We found an individual to do the alterations for an extremely reasonable cost who did a wonderful job, so obviously it was not necessary to charge as much as Alfred Angelo's alterations team wanted to charge. They also insisted that I buy a special bra from them saying it was the only place I could find one with the type of back I needed for the dress. However, later I found one (for less) at a foundation store.

i had a great experience shopping for my dress and everyone was very nice! I actually purchased my dress with a coupon and received $150 off! When my dress came in, it was the wrong style of dress...same dress but the one they gave me had a train on it and the one I wanted did not have a train. It was no problem, we had plenty of time to fix it. I took it back and they got me the right one. I did not need any alterations on my dress and they still steamed it for free! I thought that was very nice. Also a plus is if you purchase your dress there, you will get a $25 dollar gift card for each of your bridesmaids, you have to get an Alfred Angelo BM dress of course. You also receive discounts on all of your other accessories and mother of bride/groom and flower girl dresses. Overall I think they did great!

I did not get my wedding dress from here and thank God that I didn't. Just getting my bridesmaids and flower girls dresses here was a nightmare! They could never get my bridesmaids names correct in their system. When my flower girls dresses finally came in three weeks before my wedding, they were in the wrong color and they were both the wrong sizes. The manager told me that I signed the paper for the color and that was the color I ordered so there was nothing that I could do about that. They also made me bring my neices, who were the flower girls, back up to the store to see them in the dresses before they would do anything. After they realized the dresses were ordered in the wrong size, they said there wasn't enough time to get new dresses. Luckily, I ordered dresses and shoes from Nordstrom through a consultant, that was also my husbands sister, and they got to me just in time. I also did not get my refund from the dresses for 6 weeks. It was rediculous. The manager was very nice but the consultant that was helping me was absolutely MEAN!
