the tux's were awesome

We rented our tuxes from After Hours and although we knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in (this helps a lot!), the staff at the Indianapolis location was very helpful and patient even though the store was crowded and people were waiting. We did have an issue with returning the tuxes and some tuxes were thought to be missing. However, a phone call to the store and my contact person (Alicia) and she was very professional in explaining the situation and apologizing for errors that had been made.

They kind of have a monopoly on this market in my area, so I didn't really have a choice. Everything turned out great, but it is quite costly. If people are paying over $100 to have a suit for a day, I would expect the quality to be better and the customer service to be better. It'd probably be wiser to have groomsman buy a suit for $200 and be able to keep it. Besides my wedding there have been other weddings that After Hours were used and I'm really not impressed and wish there were more options out there for tux rental.

We rented tuxes here. They were able to get odd sizes for us. I wish that they didn't have to be returned so quickly.
